Nice little mom and pop shop with meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and icecream. Reminds me of a few similar shops/delis back home in PA. Food is great, definitely worth the trip. I think the only reason they never get super packed inside is because the parking lot they share with other businesses is atrociously small, especially during rush hour. If you love a good sub, support this local business
They got sandwiches, and they love to stack them with all sorts of good stuff. Relatively cheap and the quality is great. Anytime I'm in the area i always find a chance to stop by
One of the best places to eat in El Paso and an absolute must for anyone living in or even passing through El Paso.The sandwiches here are top notch and will probably cost less, be larger, and be ready faster than literally any national sandwich chain restaurant around.
Do you wish your sandwiches were more? Need more filling, more width, more flavor?!? Brown bag is THE shop for you. The staff are very helpful and my lord those sandwiches are delicious. I didn’t think a basic Italian was in need or improvement but it was a sandwich done well.
The subs here are fantastic. I recommend #20 (turkey or ham or both with avocado and bacon) you could choose the size mini, regular, or large (which is the same size of the regular but with more meat) and there's a family size. It comes with pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and mustard. You could make it a combo with macaroni salad, potato salad, or chips and a soft drink. It is usually very busy during lunch and parking is sometimes an issue. Great staff, too!
An awesome hole in the wall sandwich shop. Came during the lunch rush and place was busy, but the wait wasn't that bad. Sandwiches were massive (even the 6in) and delicious. You definitely get your money's worth of food. Milkshakes were nothing to write home about, and I don't think they do free refills-but definitely worth going just for the sandwiches.
This place is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! food is inexpensive for what you get. They have thier own delivery service, so no plethora of hidden fees. Customer service is amazing and the food is spectacular!

Right out the gate, the only reason for a 3- star review has nothing to do with Brown Bag Deli itself, but everything to do with the lack of care of the landlord/owner of the shopping center. IT IS OVERDUE FOR A FACELIFT. Really wish I could individually rate the shopping center. Other than that, 25 years of frequenting Brown Bag Deli and ordering the Hot Pastrami every single time (other than one, yes, only one other occasion)should speak for itself.The Large, over the Regular, difference isn't its size (both 8 inches), it has to do with the extra meat in the Large.
