Love the food here but they always gotta mess up something on my order if im not missing a chicken strip the sauce is wrong if its not that the fries are wrong, love the food but getting my order right is key

I heard that the custard was great and it didn't disappoint. I had a vanilla custard with cashews, cheesecake bites, and Reese's peanut butter cups and it was delicious. The price is great for the amount of custard and toppings they serve. Great customer service, too. I'll definitely return to try out the food.
Hot dog was good but flavor got to me before finishing. I got chili cheese fries but didn't like the chili, it was a bit bland. My daughter asked for cheese fries and she got chile con queso. It was a bit too spicy for her liking so she didn't eat it. We also tried the spicy chicken. It was good. I recommend to try anyway. It wasn't terribly bad

EDIT: 9/26/2021 1:30pmjust went again and had horrible customer service AGAIN. Parked at the take out and was waiting for a while and no one came out. Another car eventually parked next to me. Employee came out and started walking towards them. I rolled down my window to tell them I had been waiting for a while. Instead of coming to help me (I had been waiting for a while ) she continues to help the car that JUST got there. So I got down to speak to manager. As I'm waiting for manager, the employee that originally ignored me asks if I need help. I tell her I'm waiting on the manager so she rolls her eyes and walks away. When I speak to the manager , I let them know everything that happened and she could care less. Shes annoyed and trying to hurry me up. The service continues to be baaadOriginal postCalled and was placed on hold for 15+ min. Called back to complain and the person that answered was just annoyed and very dismissive. I told them they had left me on hold and their is answer is "so did you wanna place an order?" With a dismissive voice. Get ppl that care more
This place used to be one of my favorites. I love the flavor of the food and everything, but the cleanliness of this location is very poor. The tables and the floor were very sticky. We couldn’t find a decent table to sit at, they were all dirty.
Just a bit slow getting the food but worth all the wait...!!! Would definitely upgrade to chili cheese fries with any other. My favorite meal is El jefe, little bit of everything, just perfect...!!! Everyone should give this place a try, trust me you won't regret it...!!!
Best chicken strips in town. Hoy dogs queso fries.. everything is good here
