Sure the quality isn’t always like this. I enjoy eating at other boss chickens. Fries and toast were completely burnt. I asked for lemon pepper chicken and received regular.
Food always good!! I've never really never have any issues when we go. My kids love the tenders and custards!! We eat here at least once week! Better the the national chains !!
Disappointed with the entire experience today. Have been to this location several times. Today was specifically for our Elementary school fundraiser. The girl that took my order was very rude, I waited over 15 minutes for my order, which was then shoved to me, and it had chili cheese sauce on it. When i asked for a napkin to wipe it off the girl told me "you can use the ones in your bag!" I again asked for napkins because I wasn't about to put down the bag with sauce on the outside to look for them and get sauce on my seats. A few more minutes passed before a manager came to hand me the napkins.They weren't busy and there wasn't anyone in the store. While i waited no one was visible in front of house or at the window. Get it together especially if you are going to host fundraiser nights!!
I’m the type of person that will give multiple chances and not a big complainer but this place is truly trash. First of all they always get my order wrong. Then the chicken is always burnt and they never give the right sauce. I have definitely enjoyed this place before but now it’s like there is no one managing this place. I get it, people are just trying to work and I’m not even mad at the workers because I can say Iv been nice even when they messed up the order. I’m definitely not going back and wasting my money there again.
Good chicken, not greasy/oil. The fries are nothing special but they're good as well. The non-soda drink selection is great
Ordered 3 piece tenders and they looked more like nuggets. How can staff even feel okay serving that? Cheesecake milkshake was delicious though, I will give them that but not enough to go back.
Drive thru experience was a bit frustrating because the speaker system seemed not to be working well. After several times repeating I asked to pull forward for a face to face order. After that it was good. Food was good

Drive thru takes a long time each time I have gone. I only go cause my girlfriend asks. I don't like how chicken tastes anyways. Drive thru needs training.
Very pleased with the quality and taste of my food. The price was reasonable as well. I had the el patron chicken sandwich. It had a nice brioche bun that was toasted, two strips with mango habanero sauce, cheese, and pickles. Sandwich was delicious and fries were some of the crispiest and delicious I have eaten in a long time. I had the limeade for my drink, it was lacking sweetness and flavor. The staff was efficient and fast, but they were not as cordial or courteous as they can and should be. Even with the shortcomings I will recommend this restaurant.
