Boba is pretty good. Only 2 complaint is the wait which is almost always 30+ minutes even with only half dozen people in line. WIsh you would adjust your hours. We got there just after 5:30pm and they told us that the line closed. Maybe staff is in a rush to go home? Maybe no more product to sell? Either way if your advertising open till 6pm, stay open till than. I would give this place 5 stars but this is a constant issue.
We love stopping by here everytime we are in the mall or just in the mood for boba. I love the Marilyn Monrose. My only complaint is the wait. We joke and say it's like waiting in line at Disneyland. Today we put the stopwatch on my phone and we were in line for 36 minutes. The line was up to their service entrance. Once they got our order it only took 9 minutes to get our drinks. Other than that the staff is always friendly and the drinks are delicious.
Convenient location except it’s always busy I suggest you put your order in online and that way is really quick and you don’t have to wait in the long line!
This place had great choices of bobas but for one order it took almost 40mins to be completed.
The names, as others have stated, are different and a bit confusing. All that aside, the product is solid and very tasty. My wife, which is a boba fanatic, understood the names by the ingredients. Our favorite so far is the “Lady Dragon” it includes cold foam, matcha, vanilla bean and green tea. Next time you are at Cielo Vista Mall do yourself a favor and stop by the Boba Tea Company.
Literally the WORST place to get boba. I ordered 4 drinks and there was a different problem with each of the drinks. One “Eskimo kiss” of the two I ordered had no flavor at all, then the boba in that drink was hard, extremely chewy and all stuck together. I swear it was was 20+ boba all completely stuck together. I also tried the “cafe dolce” and the drink was so bitter and again the boba was hard, and chewy, I couldn’t even finish drinking it, I threw it away. I understand they are busy but come on, at least make it taste good. I definitely will not be going back after today’s visit. I’ll stick to other local boba places that take pride in making good quality boba and bubble teas.
Horrible customer service. First they rush you and when you pick something they tell you they can’t blend it and then rush you to pick something else that you didn’t really want… I think for now on I’ll be going to a different boba tea location
Not a fan of this place. Firstly, not a lot of tea based options. Fruity flavors abound, but I just want something simple. Secondly, the tapioca is old. Tapiocas chewy hard texture means the boboa is old. I didn't pay $20 for old tapioca. Lastly, they only have two options for "milk" :half and half or coconut milk. Typical boboa tea doesn't use half and half, but ok. Overall, this place was lacking. I would not recommend.
The location at ceilo vista mall the two employees working around 3:40 pm are very rude they made a mistake where I kindly told them and showed my Receipt and no apology nothing it was a bother to them where it was there mistake when I got my drink I said thank u and the girl said nothing and was very cold and rudely walked away it was there mistake I was the only customer I apologize for making you do your job
