The experience was good till I asked if could get a refill on the iced coffee and was told "NO" I Then asked if could pay for the refill at that moment a lady mgr came out a rudely said absolutely "No"I asked her I am asking to pay for the refill. Again "NO"I then said, okay I'll just purchase a new one! She rudely walked away and I nice worker stepped up with a smile and made me the brand new one.Sure glad there other choices, because I don't need to frequent this poor customer service establishment.Whataburger is just down the street
If you need that green chile fix on your burger this is the place to go.Everything is fresh and delicious. I like to order the fries a little more crispy. The way they regularly do it, you can get some floppy fries, which I find a crime.
Went there today bought 2 lotta burgers, seasoned fries n a chili beans…everything was delicious…and the girl at the window wasn’t rude…even tho she wasn’t smiling that doesn’t mean she had a bad attitude…n we didn’t wait long at all…n our order was freshly made…great job Blake’s?
I ordered their fish sandwich (sammich) it was very tasty! The fish was not dry, the fired batter was crispy and not soggy. The tarter sauce had a kick of spice in it, which brought it home for me.
Can't beat Blake's, green hatch New Mexico chiles on a great hamburger patty and you've got a one of a kind burger. Loved this place in NM and love going there whenever I'm in El Paso.
Was craving their breakfast burritos. They are worth it. They are very well stuffed. Have a big appetite cause they are big and delicious. I recommend them.
Got a great chocolate shake. Hamburgers made to order but not exceptional. Unseasoned fries were overcooked.
The first time was amazing! Fries were crispy and everything was delicious. Second time was not so good. It's like the fries weren't cooked properly and were almost raw.
Just had lunch here and honestly was NOT good at all. Had the classic lota burger with chilli cheese fries. The fries had overcooked burnt chilli and the cheese wasnt even melted. The burger had absolutely zero flavor. It's pretty hard to screw up a burger and this was horrible. The restaurant was clean and had an overpowering sewage smell that hits you in the face the moment you walk in.I really don't recommend this place. We paid $29 for two meals and totally was a waste of money.
I was excited to see Blake's in El Paso however the food was bland but edible. Seasoned fries were very greasy. Alexis, the lady at the drive thru window was not exactly friendly and seemed rushed so you couldn't really understand her, not sure why since there was no one there except me and a car behind me. Overall not worth the money I think $12 for a medium meal is a little pricey for fast food. Not the experience I remember from Blake's at NM
