super disappointed ever since bellacora changed owners. the website is never easy to navigate, half the items are always out of stock, or sometimes they’re not even accepting orders. there’s been a handful of SPECIAL occasions i’ve wanted to order a cake or some macarons, etc, but the website was not accepting orders or the items were out of stock.i purchased mother’s day cookies and was supposed to pick them up today (since today is the day i CHOSE on the website to pick up my order) only to be told they’re not making the cookies for a few more days. why is it an option then to pick up, or even purchase, something that’s not even available yet? horrible. you shouldn’t put them as available on your website AND let people choose to pick up on a day that the cookies won’t even be available.i’ve really had it with this bakery. i’m extremely disappointed because i never had any issues with the previous owner and their pastries honestly are superior compared to what we have here in el paso. the old owner always the website stocked with items and i never had any issues picking up any orders ever.i don’t know who the new owner is but it doesn’t seem like they care as much as the previous owner did.
Absolutely the best bakery in town!? their macaroons and bread are always delicious and they look way too pretty to eat!! I can totally say it's better than the photos! Totally worth the price!!??
Poor customer service, they can have all those great pastries they want . But if they don’t change their attitude towards their customers , they will just take their business somewhere else. Don’t do online ordering like I did. I ended up ordering for a pick up date that the store was closed and found out the day I supposed to pick it up . I called to complain and get refund . Instead of apologizing for their glitchy online ordering system, the manager tells me she will call me back to let me know about my refund and she does not. I went to the west side location to look for the manager. I was told she was not available, I leave my phone number and the lady was rude to me and my negative experience. I did no get a call back.Very disappointed to them and the way they are handing things.
Another amazing bake shop that takes me back to my days hanging out in Bleecker Street in Manhattans popular Greenwich village. My hats off to the bakers who creates these delectable treats every morning.
Got a berry cheesecake for a birthday with extra berries and chantilly. I've ordered bagels, cookies, macarons, croissants, specialty personal sized treats and they're all delicious. I will definitely continue to go back for sweets and/or breads. I recommend this place to anyone to at least try it out once. You can place your orders on their website in advance or call ahead.
Very disappointed with the service at Bella Cora on the westside, I went yesterday to buy a Rosa de Reyes and asked the cashier if I could order one, she rudly told me that she could not sell me one, that they were going to sell them until today and that it was first come first serve, I asked her if I could place an order like I've done it in the previous years, she said no, but very rude, she was talking on the phone, making the customers wait until she finished her call etc.. very disappointed, I took my business somewhere else, I will not beg anyone to take my money. Never going back to that place.

So Delicious!! I love this bakery for tasty and elegant looking treats. The Bella Cora cake is so yummy and I’ve never been disappointed with anything new I’ve tried. They know what they’re doing and I’ve always felt welcomed in the store. I was watching a holiday baking show and one of the chefs made a Paris Brest. I went into the store one day and saw they had one. I was super excited to try it and I wasn’t let down! They also have seasonal items that will make any holiday festive. So long story short, you have to try this place.
Freaking Amazing Gourmet cake!! They have the best carrot cake!! The one in the picture is chocolate with cream cheese filling.
The macaroons Are so good! Everything is so cute and you can tell they put love and effort in their pastries. ❤️ the person in the front was super nice and helpful too. Will be coming back!
