Exactly what a BR should be. Solid. Interesting flavors. Well staffed, and they work hard. They have cakes too. Decent amount of seating inside and out. Clean.
Not closing time, still had customers! could have given better service! When customers talk to you you need to respond to what they are asking!!!!
Really cute place with plenty of nice seating in and outside and lots of different flavors for everyone, but the Google maps is off on the directions and kept taking me on a different road.
First of all, the hours here say the store is open until 10:30pm daily. On Sunday night I was craving a banana split, so I drove for 20 minutes from the UTEP area because this store was the only store open that was fairly close.I arrived at 9:48pm. The menu displays were turned off, and all the chairs were already turned upside down on the tables. I asked for a menu, and was told they were already turned off. I tried to order a banana split and was told they were out of bananas. They were obviously trying to close the store down, and everything was already put away. I asked what time they closed, and they said 10pm.This is my biggest pet peeve with businesses. So, was closing time at 10pm? Or 10:30 like it’s stated here?Either way, I was there at 9:48pm. The store was not closed yet. Why couldn’t I be served? Why was everything already shutdown? This is not the way to run a business. A customer that arrives 15 minutes (or 45 minutes?) before closing time deserves the same product choices and service as the customers who arrive 10 minutes after the store opens.Extremely disappointed.
I was so looking forward in having 2 of my favorite flavors. I was so disappointed when I put in my order and the young lady said that they did not have neither one. Not good! especially when your favorite flavors are even included at 31 flavors to enjoy☹️
As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by the smell of the freshly made icecream cones. The place can be very asthetic to eat in or enjoy on the outside shade it provides. Service wise could improve, but nothing horrible or rude, still productive and friendly enough to get you what you pay for.
Extremely sweet, they were supposed to be closed and they finished everyone's order in a nice and timely manner. There were two costumers who were a bit mean and they handled it professionally and calmly.
Rude staff. We are regulars at this location and my drive thru experience today was terrible. Customer service is STILL important. If I leave feeling bad about spending my money do you think I will return? No. Properly train your staff so that it doesn’t reflect poorly on your business.
Ice cream is aways a great idea. This place is kind of weirdly positioned on a busy street. We drove around the parking lot to find a parking space only to find out the parking spaces are faced the wrong way from entering. You have to back in to a space. But it was worth the visit.
Went to baskin robins last night because everyone talks about it and hypes it up but, it was not worth it. There's supposed to be many flavors of icecream on the menu, the drive thru menu didn't have such. The drive through was clear so service was easy to get and the service was fast. But I decided to order the Daiquiri flavored icecream, for one I asked for a description on it and the girl just said water based (so you mean sorbet) no description of the flavor or anything. I kept having to repeat over and over I wanted a kiddie bowl and I was convinced due to smell it was gonna be like wedding cake flavored. It was the most nasty thing I have ever had. I just threw it away. It was $3.73 for that.
