I did a hit and run... craving something sweet and been wanting a banana split... you did not fail me... but i did forget the nuts... fml...
I went in about an hour ago and it was busy. One of the workers was working hard to get the people served and was very friendly. The other employee, however, Priscilla was obviously trying to avoid helping the customers. She went to supposedly clean the restroom and it took her 20 minutes. She could’ve easily helped out to bring the line down. You can tell she just did not want to help. I would like to thank the other employee, I believe she said her name was Samantha for the awesome job she was doing! She’s a hard worker, Priscila could learn a thing or two from her about working hard
My kids love it here. The way they serve the ice cream is rather strange and time consuming. considering we're a family of 7 i felt like we held up the line but non the less you get good service.
Priscilla is extremely rude not the first time I go in there and she has an attitude from hell.

Were so disappointed with location on Zaragozawalked in to see the server counting the coins and not wearing gloves, when finished she didn'tput gloves on to serve customers.been going there every sunday,it will be our last time there.for here to handle the cones after counting money and not putting on gloves,NOT VERY HIGENIC

I am so very disappointed with the Zaragoza location the only place I order cakes from. I orderd a cake for my dads birthday which is today 3/21. The order was placed 3/9 and they didnt make it so no cake. Boo to the person in charge of online cake orders. I will have to find a different place to order cakes from.
