Went to Baskin Robins on Pebble Hills this evening and shouldn't have wasted my time. I had stopped going to this location because they never have what I order, so would drive out of my way to the one on Zaragosa. The one there has everything, great customer service, and really clean. I decided to give them another try. They had only one of my favorites, pineapple coconut but not daiquiri ice. I went with the pineapple coconut but it tasted like it had been refrigerated for a long while. My other half ordered something different and he had the same results. Will not be going back and if I were you I wouldn't waste my money. It's bad enough to have to pay their high prices and not being satisfied. Once again I was disappointed and dissatisfied!
Don't order from here using DoorDash they get your order wrong. I ordered a 3 scoop and a 2 scoop and the flavors were wrong. ALSO on the 3 scoop I ordered, they only gave me two. Drove to the store and they told me it was because they were out of the flavors. Is there no way for them to contact the customer to ask them what they want if they're out of the flavors??? Were they just expecting me to be okay with being charged for 3 scoops when I only received 2?? ?
I have been eating the same 3 scoop sundae for the past 40 years. 2 scoops choc chip and 1 pistachio with marshmallow topping. BUT LATELY NO MARSHMALLOW TOPPING!!!! What’s up?!!
Normally very good but tonight 10/30 the 2 young guys were AWFUL. Couldn't make shakes or smoothies
Wow went to Baskin Robbins to get a shake and both their blenders we're not working, the gentleman told me it's been like that for weeks. This was the one on Pebble hills at Lee Trevino.

Staff is always friendly and kiddos always leave happy.
Got birthday cake here, they had three small cakes and staff unwilling to make a pickup order for later. Hope you like coconut white cake with vanilla ice cream. Don't waste the money.
