It’s pretty standard to call a customer who orders through a deliver service if items ordered were not available; only 1 of 4 options I actually ordered were available. The only flavor (out of 3) that they had for my order was vanilla. Also ordered cookie dough pieces and there were none. If I was made aware beforehand that the items weren’t available, which is totally understandable, I would have cancelled my order instead of paying $14 to get ice-cream for one person delivered. FYI, Doordash will let your business mark items out of stock, please use this feature.
Nice place and love the drive thru but things would go a lot smoother if the people taking the orders just listened a bit better. I had to repeat order more than a few times and my order still wasn’t right. At that point I just gave up. I think a little more training and attention to detail will go a long ways. And I was polite the whole time despite never getting a smile back. We still tipped as a way to try and make their day better.
I arrived at Baskin Robbins on Dyer around 9:40 pm on 03/27/22. The store hours says that they close at 10:30pm. I, along with 4 other cars waited for more than 20 minutes for the employees to take our order. We waited at the intercom until someone assisted us. After not being assisted, we drove up to the window and the front of the store to see all the employees in the back hiding from the customers. I took several pictures of the workers who ignored the baskin robins customers. One employee was cleaning while 4 others hid in the back of the store. I understand that the employees have to clean but they also have to attend to the customers waiting in line. Here are the pictures of the workers.

Every time I come up here they always run out of chocolate ice cream. Not to mention tonight they not only messed my order up, when I specifically said no nuts on my ice cream, and they double charged me. I will not be coming back to this establishment.
Really horrible employees. The restaurant hours say 10:30 for closing and I had shown up by 10 the doors were closed with the open sign still on now the employees made eye contact with us and still decided to act as if no one was there, they never tried to say anything but continued to act stupid and I find this quite annoying when the service hours are up and service is not rendered. Very disappointing never going back to this place ,not recommended at all!

Very professional and great customer service. I really appreciate the worker that contacted me about my photo cake to make sure it get done properly.
The employees are always super nice here! And the ice cream is delicious!!
Slower than previous experiences even though my order was less complicated. I wasn't greeted by anyone. I didn't get a welcomed feeling during either of my 2 interactions with employees nor did they manage to snap close the tops to my ice creams. That made it fun when I got home. They still get a 3 because even partially destroyed Baskin Robin's ice cream is still delicious.
