Today we came to Baskin Robbins on Resler and we would like to thank Fernanda for her excellent customer service. She was very sweet and helpful when she was taking our oder. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend her. She has a great, personality, attitude, and good working vibes that can be easily contagious to coworkers.

This place is terrible. They are slow, and pricey for what you get. I asked for an oreo milk shake, I got a cup of milk with the smallest scoop of ice cream you've ever seen. Definitely would not recommend!!!

Customer service was excellent, ice cream was yummmmy. They need to be faster on drive-thru I was there for 25min.
Horrible! I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and they gave me a milkshake that had barely any ice cream in it. I ordered mint chocolate chip and it was not even green because it didn’t even have enough ice cream to turn it green. I would have asked for a refund, but I didn’t want to wait another $25 minutes. It is infuriating. I am never going back there again.
Usually takes a long time for the drive thru. Too long. Expect to wait for about 15 minutes for a shake and sundae.
