I asked them to write Happy Mother's Day Lisa. I looked at the cake and then asked, you told her to write Lisa right? He spelled it out and said yes. Is this how they teach you guys to write a cursive L and i? He said she forgot to dot the i. The gentleman said that it was the only one that flavor they had left, so I took it home anyway. Make sure that you check the spelling
Came about 4 times and they are closing before store hours. Employees start cleaning lobby and close the store early.

Bad experience. Everything that we tried to order they were out of. Ordered a banana spilt, was told they didn't have bananas, but yet the person in drive thru was making one. So then tried to order Reese's sundae and again was told we could not order because they were out of Reese's. The crew were too busy with the visitors they had rather than to take care of the customers.
Accepted our uber eats order then never made it for the driver, and canceled. Cold stone helped us out!
It’s rare when I crave something sweet and when I do you all never have it. How do you not even have whip cream? This is not the first time either . Whoever manages this place is trash and does not know how to order. Never coming here again .
One of our favorite dessert spots. My daughter's only complaint is they haven't had the newly advertised mango flavor available.
Girl at drive through is incredibly rude. Also waited a full 7 minutes at the speaker before she even took my order, add to that another 10 minutes to get 3 milkshakes. Mine was the only car in line. Ridiculous.
Twice in a row I go to this store and the front door is locked. The first time the sign said they were short staffed. I could see at least 2 employees working inside. Then last night at 9:30PM, they were already mopping the floors so they had the door locked again. Did not feel like waiting in the drive thru so we took our business elsewhere.
