First time had real shaved ice. This place it is absolutely delicious! The ice is soft and smooth going down. So many options and flavors to choose from!
I've frequented this place since it opened and the shaved ice is soft and delicious. There are so many flavors to try and every single one is unique and perfectly prepared. It's not extremely sweet and there are a lot of add ons to change it up if you like to keep to one flavor.The only downside is that I wouldn't recommend asking for ice cream with the snow, since over the years it has gone down in popularity and they don't change it out frequently enough. The last time I had it, the ice cream was rancid and it was not a great experience.Besides that, it's a great place to go with lots of variety and a treat for everyone.

Great service, friendly staff...tasty shaved ice
I frequently go here but the last couple of visits the customer service has really gone down. The girl today was incredibly rude, didn't even say hi. I told her I was here to pick up and order and she rolled her eyes at me, got the order. When I asked her to stamp my card, she again rolled her eyes, gave me the card back then closed the window without even saying "have a good day" nothing. She didn't even talk to us. I don't normally leave tips on the card when ordering online so I can leave them a cash tip but i refuse to leave them anything when they're being incredibly rude. At first I thought, maybe it was because I was using the window outside to pick up, so I started going in but even then they're just incredibly rude.
My experience overall was ok. They had different flavors for shaved ice and the flavors were good but it was a little pricy: $5 for a big cone and $3 for s small cone. On top of that, the attendant pointed at the screen for a 15% tip or a 20% tip! After no tip was given ( I didn't have $10 for shaved ice) the attendant gave us the cold shoulder.
