I was pretty excited to eat here because I heard the food was delicious. But we came here for Father’s Day and we had a fair sized group (14 total if you count the babies). The restaurant was fairly empty, but as we were getting ready to be seated the waitress already looked irritated with our group size. We start to order but let her know there would be separate tickets (4 total). You can easily tell she got annoyed and her tone changed “Well then I’m going to have to charge you gratuity if it’s not all on one ticket”….We looked confused because as we all know usually bigger groups you know there’s gratuity. We responded respectfully stating it was fine we didn’t mind. So she rolled her eyes and continued taking our orders. I think I would have enjoyed the food better if treatment from the wait staff was better. 1st and last time.
Our favorite food here is the green chile calzone appetizer. Pair it with a salad and it's a good full meal. The caprese salad is tasty, but a little heavy on the lettuce while a little light on the tomato and mozzarella.
A good friend invited me here for us to catch up and it was a sweet time. We shared a large create your own pizza and it was wonderful. I will have to start remembering to take pictures. I get so excited once food is set before me, a picture is the last thing on my mind. Lol. I will try and do better. ?
Overall it was pretty good. Pizza crust was nice thin and crispy. The large looks more like a medium pizza from everywhere else. But the taste is on spot. The tap beer could be better. I ordered a blue moon and told me they were out which I was like ok whatever no big deal so I ordered a bud light. That had to be one of the flatest bud light from tap I have ever had. Overall I give it a 4 . If the beer was good and the pizza was a tiny bit bigger it would be a 5 . Good place to eat with a date
Hadn't been in a few years and it's in our neighborhood so we went for lunch. Caprese salad, small pizza and beer. Wow, this pizza was super thin and they did not skimp on the toppings either! Great lunch specials and saw happy hour 3 to 6 has 1/2 of personal pizza and drink specials too! Will have to make this a regular stop!
Unfortunately, the waitress opened a bottle of red wine, not checking to see if it was the correct wine I had asked for. I had to pay for it and it was awful wine. The pizza was good tasting but had a ton of sauce and minimal toppings. I also thought it was interesting they poor the wine in a measuring cup before in your glass. I've never seen a restaurant do this.
Came here for Valentines dinner and was not disappointed! Bought some Girl Scout cookies outside and was glad to see that as I walked up!They were very busy and close to closing when we arrived but the food was great and the service equally wonderful. Hadn’t been by in a while but the lasagna, calzones and Pizza were so flavorful! Love this little gem in the far corner of the northeast!Anyone who isn’t originally from El Paso or is addicted to cheap pizza will not appreciate the craft that goes into the flavors they produce. I was ecstatic when they opened in the northeast and am always reminded of why I love Ardovinos when I go.
This was $17. Dough was hard and did not taste fully cooked.
Meh. The food was mediocre, the staff inexperienced, and they have too many tables crammed into the space. Also, there were bins of treats at the front desk that were not labeled. The kids grabbed a few and the hostess impolitely informed me that they were not free. I then pointed out that they need to be labeled with the price. Too much competition to be this bad.
I had a lunch date and ordered turkey pesto. It was really good. The only bad thing, it took a little longer.
