Beautiful and delicious! Will definitely order again ! Thank you for making such a memorable cake !

Very tasty party cakes, as well as their Mexican sweet bread

The cakes are delicious, but way too expensive, and the customer service is terrible! I placed an order a month in advance, and one day after I ordered I tried to cancelled the order because the God Parents of my child wanted to give that as a gift. Iris Pastry refused to refund the money. It was still 30days prior! They only gave me credit toward a future order. I don’t have events coming any time soon, and I am not sure I want to use a company like this when I do!

Ordered a three tiered cake 10 days before the event and when we went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. We waited for an hour and a half for it to be ready. The cake was also frozen and did not taste good.

Went to order an cake on Thursday and I was told I had till Saturday to order a cake. I went on Friday to order a cake and they said they were making too many cakes, so they couldn’t make me a cake. I asked if they could make an exception since I was told I could order one before Saturday and another lady said no. Thank you!

Perfection, the artistry & the red velvet flavour were perfect!

I called yesterday to see if I could purchase a birthday cake for Sunday and the lady that answered was super rude. She immediately said they were closed on Sundays and that she was no longer taking orders for cakes this weekend. But at least waited until I had said okay thank you and hung up on me. I've been buying cakes from them for years and their customers service had been great...but this was totally uncalled for. She didn't even offer any available cakes and sounded like she didn't want to work. Super disappointed. I'll just go with my business elsewhere.

My boy bday cake was super good, the bread wasn't dry at all!!! Delicious cake!!!

worst service, they never answer the phone and customer service is low

I'm not sure what is in the dough but it is affecting the personnel. Instead of frosting you get froth. Ask for help and you get the uppity facial. Fortunately the attitude made me decide on just a few samples. The Maranito was dry, the empanada was hard. They had plenty of cakes so I cannot comment on them as it was a quick cakewalk out of that place.
