Probably the worse experience we’ve ever had! First the waiter forgot to put in our order. Then he finally remembered but forgot to put in for appetizers. When he realizes it, it’s too late cause our main courses are coming. Then our order was wrong. Asked for garlicky green beans and got mashed potatoes. I cut into my steak and it’s raw. When I requested med well. He finally realizes we are upset and stops coming to our table and some manager starts serving us. I had had it at this point and just paid and left. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Applebees food and service not as they use to be now you must be really lucky to get both sometimes service is great but food is not or other way around!!

Ordered through uber eats shortly after 7 pm, specifically asked for broccoli and chicken to be removed from my pasta and what do i get? Broccoli and chicken in my pasta with my substitute on the SIDE. On top of that, i had ordered the 2 for 20 and didn’t even get my fries that came with my tenders. Absolutely terrible effort by staff.

Great food and drinks let's get some green beer.

Great servers during my visit no loud music a plus for me and food was on point.

I was traveling from Phoenix to San Antonio on 3/8/22 and stayed at a nearby hotel for the night. A dear friend of mine who is originally from El Paso encouraged me to go enjoy a margarita while I was in town and I spotted this Applebee’s location.From the moment I walked in until I left after enjoying my dinner- and those margaritas- I enjoyed a very wonderful experience! The food and service was very much on point!Isel G was my waitress and she definitely proved to have excellent customer service skills while being very friendly! I can tell that beautiful and hard working young lady has a bright future ahead of her with such a great attitude and work ethic!All of you working there are winners in my book and I look forward to stopping in again next time I pass through town! Meanwhile, keep up the great teamwork!

We popped in tonight for a quick dinner after a long day at a football tournament. Our server, Booker, was fantastic and provided great service at the pace we were hoping for. He also has a great sense of humor and had us laughing and smiling everytime he came by!

Literally worst service I’ve had today with Applebee’s. Today we went in a lil late before closing which was 10:30 and they close at 11 so we understood that they were cleaning and everything. But the service was great until the end, we were waiting for our table to get bussed never did. Waitress started having an attitude, later down the line finished our food waitress gets our card pays the tab and LITERALLY throws the card right back at us. We requested a manager and then later comes. We tell this man about the situation and then responds with “we’ll aside from that was there anything else”. Really poor staff tonight. This is very disappointing wish I could refer the manager name tonight but the manager didn’t even give us his name instead he ignored everything we had told him about our service. ??

I fully expect a full refund for the experience I had tonight at this location. I was trying to use a 5 dollar off coupon and it would not let me. It went downhill from there. I called the restaurant and decided to just order over the phone. I spoke with Desiree and after giving her the order and repeating it twice the order was 13 dollars more than it was showing online??? She said maybe the prices are less online?? Crazy. I placed the order at 5:15 and was told it would be ready at 5:30. I arrived at 5:25 and didn't get my order until 6:10. The worst part besides missing a full meal and 2 sides, the food was ice cold!! All of it!! So I had to come home home and now recook my food. I'm done with this location as this seems to be the norm here.

I walked in, there were a lot of people waiting and no hostess. Decided to sit at the bar since I didn’t have much time. It took the bartender 13 minutes to acknowledge me. Talked to other customers there also and nobody had order yet. There were cups and plates sitting for a long time on the bar, finally when I was about to leave, I decided to ask for another waitress for the menu and asked her if they were short staffed and she said “very” and that they always are. I believe that Applebees should take a better care of their employees and train them better. I am not coming back.
