My husband and I came to enjoy a nice little dinner. I’m not usually one to post a negative review. But we were literally sitting in the tables near the bar. We never were asked for what drinks we wanted. Didn’t even get anybody to the table after the host took us to our seat. After 25 minutes of waiting and not receiving any kind of service we got up and left. Horrible customer service.
The worst service ever. Host was efficient, but waiter the worst. Immature, inefficient, lack of attention to detail. Dismissive, waited for a bit over an hour for our order to find out that she left without putting in our order. Afterwards, from family members, heard similar stories from this place. It is bad considering I enjoy Applebee's, bot not this one. They need to fix their problems. Will not go back.
We order curbside. Someone had a large order so ours sat under a heat lamp…we waited for 20-25 minutes after our time. I couldn’t feed my kids the chicken it was so hard, cold and gross. My salad had the same chicken in it. Yuck. Then I was informed that needed to drive all the way back into town bring it back and get new food. Great idea since gas prices are so low. I will never go back. Also my husband went eat his which was missing the dressing. So much for that.
We had a good time, our waiter Hunter was wonderful, pleasant and very observant. Thank you Hunter for making our time at Applebee's a good evening.5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Kudos to you.Your service is very scarce these days, well deserved.
To many old drunks at Applebee's hitting on customers had the manager called because of a drunk arguing almost a fight and he didn't even notice what was going on.Bartender went outside to argue with drunk for about 10 mins till manager went out to get her..she had drinks backed up can't believe she didn't know he was drunk and passed his limit of drinks.. waitress no where to be seen.. ? oops she was in the back washing silverware!!! And half of waitress in the back on there phone's Really where's the dishwashers?? Where's the Manager??
Ordered 2 entree specifically said no pork. Went ahead to pay for it and picked up when i get some see pork in my food???.
Wanted to have dinner yesterday. Sat at the bar and wait. Bartender seemed to busy talking with other customers. Didn’t pay no attention to us after 7 mins. Still took long to get my food. Had way better service this this. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. SHE SUCKED!
Our waiter was good but my daughter ordered an orange juice. We were sitting by the bar so I could see the server ask the bartender for it and she ignored him. He asked her several times for it and each time she acted like he didn't exist. Finally when my mother had enough she got up and asked for the orange juice. The bar tender said "sorry my fault". The they really pushed to have us pay online and it wasn't working but they kept pushing to have us pay online. She not a great dine in experience.
It was good. It was pretty packed but they managed to make accommodations for our group. Only minor problem ( to me ) was that they messed up our salads. We asked for Caesar salad we were brought house salads. One of the dishes we asked to substitute the mashed potatoes with fries and they brought us mashed anyways. As i said TO ME its no biggy but others in my party wanted to Karen it up. Nothing happened all the food was devoured and we had a good time.
Exceptions food from a exceptional staff. They definetly remember the only difference between ordinary and extra ordinary is just that little extra. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
