Disappointed! To start they said it would be a 45 min wait for a table of ten. Which is fine but half the place was empty. I wasn’t sure if I was a at a bar or a fast food joint. The food and portions have gone down and the prices went up. It’s obviously expected to pay more now a days, with that in mind don’t cut the portions. the four cheese Mac n cheese looked like two chicken nuggets vs chicken strips. Then they ran out of utensils? Pasta Alfredo had watered down Alfredo sauce.
One of the hosts forgot about us for 10 minutes while the other host seated like 3 families after we walked in. When the first host returned to the host stand he started his side work. When we were finally seated, we were ignored for at least 15 minutes. My family and I never get treated like such at the Joe Battle location. It’s one thing for poor service when it’s “busy”, but getting NO service is inexcusable. We simply just left because we were done waiting to be waited on.
Horrible service as soon as we entered. The food was horrible.. burnt ribs, over cooked onion rings. Flat Pepsi. And you would think the server would of reported the burnt food and she didn't!! No manager around to talk too about the food. Waitress didn't try to escalate. It was just a very horrible experience. I do not recommend this location. Btw I took pictures of the brurn ribs to blast..
Our experience here was very good. Very warm welcoming and our server was the best, I asked for a sangria swirl frozen margarita, our server said they don't have it but went above and beyond to get it done for me. He told me he copied the recipe from Scratch Kitchen. I really appreciated that!! He made my day. Food was grrrrreat and even the manager was ensuring everyone in every table had what they needed.I was so pleased to see a great team working together, they truly deserve more than 5 stars. We'll definitely go back to the George Dieter location. Highly recommended!!
First off my son a and I ordered ribs, but we didn't expect cold ribs. Second my wife ordered a medium well steak and she received a rare steak. Y'all need to teach your cool how to cook a steak
The waiter I had was great very attentive. Other staff almost trampled my child and really had no regard. But food was good and came out fast.

This location is kind of old walking in and it was a little dirty we had to ask for another booth. You could see the upholstery on the seating was very dirty. I had to ask for utensils and napkins because it wasn't provided. The food came out quick and it was nothing special just regular Applebee's food. Overall the experience was nice.
Was not much people when we went. Great service. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. Was coming by to check on the table a good amount of times.
Whatever happened to the good steaks? Ordered a sirloin and I don't think I got ONE good bite, it was like chewing on a piece of leather. very disappointed however did not want to ruin my wife and I outing after a rough week.Wife's chicken was good and that's all that mattered but, don't order steak as the quality of beef is out.
