I am currently sitting at table 41. Let me tell you, I am not very happy with my visit tonight but it honestly has been this way for a while now. When my family and I arrived, there was a total of 15 tables open and dirty and we were told there was a 30 min wait with only one couple ahead of us. I think it is ridiculous that they call that service. Everyone was just walking or standing around while tables needed to be cleaned. Once we got to our table it was dirty and had to wait for it to be cleaned. While waiting for our food, I noticed two employees that kept finding themselves to the bar just standing around talking and hanging out, rather than working. Another employee spilt some dishes and three employees straight walked over the mess. Very disappointed with our visit tonight and the employees of this restaurant. However, our server Benjamin was amazing and knew what he was doing great server.
Ordered curbside pickup. Girl who brought out our food was very rude. She looked at me and smirked and gave me a look saying “why are you here”? When I got home I realized I was missing a whole meal. Went back and the same girl was rude again and didn’t even offer an apology. I never leave reviews but todays service was so terrible. My steak cold after going back to pick it up. Very dissatisfied.
Went in around 830pm with my family. Burnt the spinach dip had to ask for new one. Waitress was slow would only give refills like 2 cups at a time and took her forever to come back to the table, although she was polite. The food was made like we waited till the last minute to come in and order our food. Thrown together. Thennnn my bill was $118 and when I get home they charged my bill $142!!??!! Thennn I call right as they close to try to get it fixed and the wait staff answered the phone and goes to get a manager and you hear the manager cussing at the girl in Spanish and being rude to her!!!! Then he gets the phone like nothing and proceeds to tell me how he can help me!!! Unfreakingbelieveable!!!!
I came here yesterday around 7:30. As soon as i arrived the front hostess were giving me attitude, and were to busy talking. I then received my table. Finally the waiter took my drinks and order, taking 30 minutes to bring two pepsi's. I had ordered an appetizer but it never came. I got my food 1 and half hour later. Meanwhile I was watching the staff run around like crazy. I then heard loud arguing in the kitchen the restaurant got quiet really fast. I wasn't the only one having trouble with my order, several people were complaining. They are too understaffed, the general manager really needs to come down and see what is going on , Im sure they won't be too happy. I usually leave a tip but this was just disappointing.
Very under staffed, was once a family favorite but now ranked very low.. Biggest disappointment other than the food being cold , was seeing the wait staff doing their best to get the job done, while see the Manager just standing around talking not lifting a finger to help his staff.. what should of been a quick dinner turned into a 2 1/2 hours. 45 minutes just waiting to pay.. very unhappy and not looking on going back anytime soon...
Everything is horrible here. Marissa by far is the worst manager to have as she showed she was visibly upset and didn't even care about what I tried explaining to her. Let me go in to a little of what happened tonight. The hostess don't even acknowledge you because they are so caught up in their conversation. On top of that everything is dirty, the tables, the cups, floors arent sweept. The server was a straight liar. All Marissa was worried about was that it wasn't the server's fault for dirty dishes. One i never said anything was his fault, two i am not born yesterday and I know that dishes are washed by the dishwasher or management when they don't have them, three she didn't listen to one word I said. As a GM you don't ever show you customer you're upset and she visibly did just that and slammed her hands on my table. I wanna take this higher because this Applebee's needs a helping hand before you guys close down. Marissa is not a good GM. Someone please get back to me ASAP! Like a district manager or something.
This is the absolute WORST Applebee's location I have ever been too. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was horrible and it was not busy. The FOOD HAD 0 FLAVOR even the ribs were without flavor, how does that even happen with sauce all on it!!?? I will definitely never go to another Applebee's especially this location and would never recommend this restaurant.
Just wow, they never went outside to meet me, they took a while to acknowledge once I stepped inside. The prize were charnobyle fries that were not only cold and dried out on the inside. We win! Thanks.
Worst location to eat at! DO NOT GO! From managers all the way down to the kitchen is bad service. The hosts skipped us twice and once we were seated, no one served on us. We had gone a month ago and it was bad service but we decided to try it again, and it did not change one bit. If I was able to give it zero stars I would, stay away!
Very bad customer service. Restaurant was empty and we still waited an hour toBe seated. Host in the front does not acknowledge people coming in. First thing I noticed was trash overflowing next to host booth. I will no longer go to Applebees
