My daughter and I went on Easter Sunday for an early dinner together. I ordered the new chicken spinach Alfredo, it was so so. It had some type of shredded cheese melted on the top plus the Alfredo sauce that's used with it. Texture and flavor was off completely. I wouldn't recommend this dish to be placed permanently on the menu.The waiter was very nice, but was wearing dark prescription glasses, or sunglasses, so we couldn't tell if he was even looking at us or not the entire time. He obviously had too large of a section to serve. I literally went up to the bar and asked if I could grab our drinks myself, after staring at them for a good ten minutes with no waiter in sight.Door host was the highlight of our visit, he was exceptionally courteous and kind from the moment we walked in til the moment we left. Kudos to him????
Food took forever. Waitress never checked on table. We had to ask other staff for drinks. I tried to get her attention for my food cause it had tomatoes and I asked for non due to an allergy and she never came back ended up just swaping meals with my mother in law.
The service was GREAT! Laurie brought everything promptly, and her recommendations were spot on. The food was great. It was the restaurant itself that just felt a little less clean than I was comfortable with. We will be back though!
The food was great, a little slow service, but it was busy. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was delicious, chicken and broccoli Alfredo was good - big servings. No complaints at all.
Good was average for this venue but the service... well, left a bit to be desired. Chick filet had better chamber service and wait staff. There was another waitress that did well but mine and the others I was watching need training and speed.
I went here for dinner and i was not disappointed. Applebee's is always a good place to grab some food. The service was good and the entree was delicious as well. I had the Bourbon street steak and it was cooked to order. The restaurant was not to crowded. The waitress could have taken the empty plates a little earlier, but the was the only downside. Everything else was fine. Will eat here again. Recommended!!

Pass. Out of town family member parting via the airport, why not Applebee's?! Well because this place could do more for accommodating for situations just like that. Arrived to a full table of four, now needed to add two. The plus two being grown males fully capable of moving tables together. No that was too much, but making us move food and all people to bench table was the solution. It was a weekday night and not busy. A simple accommodation for people that would have tipped well.
Faster than i thought. I showed up way sooner than what i was sopost and i still got my food earlier. It was delicious btw! The girl that was working giving out the curbside pickups was super friendly too. Better service then my home town thats for sure haha
Ordered steak with mashed potatoes. Potatoes were cold when served. Waitress apologized and said would bring more. They showed up when I was almost done with my meal so I told waitress to take them away. Just what I've come to expect from Applebees in El Paso.
