Great restaurant if you get there early enough before it gets super noisy. Food is very good, service is excellent, but it gets so noisy it is difficult to have a personal conversation. Other than that I give it a thumbs up.
Food was average at best. Calamari was over under cooked and over wet with sauce all over it. Chilean Sea bass was over cooked and looks more like fired tilapia. The Ribeye was comparable to same quality as Chilies or Applebees steaks. The best sting was the burger.
Great service and very good food. The ambiance is elegant, and enjoyable. g highly recommended
Amazing!! The food was great! They treated us extremely well. Thank them for us! We will be back!!
Excellent service! Our waiter, Dylan was extremely friendly attentive, and courteous.
The service was awesome and the food was very good. We were very slightly disappointed (disappointed is too strong of a word, but canât think of a better word right now) with the Spanish chicken. It was very good but the presentation fell a little short. Especially when compared to the chop salad which looked and tasted amazing. Other than this everything was absolutely lovely.
I wanted a fine dining experience, so I was led from the ground floor Bistro by an attractive well groomed and dressed welcoming hostess into the elevator that took me to the 2nd floor fine dining area. I wanted to dress up and I didnât feel out of place, although the dress code is business casual. The ambiance was everything that I was looking for: relaxing instrumental music, not too loud, cozy, the right room temperature to be out of the heat, yet not overly air conditioned, so I could stay comfortable in my summer fashions, nice ceilings, wood paneling, clean carpet, nicely set tables with linens and candles. In addition to validated parking, there were nice touches like a hat/coat/purse rack at each table and the gratuity was already calculated on the bill. The hall leading to the restrooms smelled fresh and clean, and the restroom was kept clean and maintained as well. The waitstaff were professional and welcoming and wore good uniforms. The manager was very hospitable and checked up on diners for questions and feedback, as well as professionally recommending the Bistro as well. The cocktail tasted amazing and the menu had a nice selection. The food had a variety of flavors. Although one piece of the warm soft bread with a little gourmet butter and my entree were enough to fill up my skinny belly, I made room for a yummy lovely dessert. Younger people might prefer a more casual lively atmosphere, and the Bistro could be just right for that. I would definitely return here for special occasions, and try the Bistro if Iâm downtown El Paso and want a meal out.
Bomb diggity
This was our second experience at Anson 11. The food and service do not disappoint!! I did originally make our reservation for fine dining, but when I saw their menu had no vegetarian options, I changed it to the Bistro section and it was really great.
The service was prompt, the cocktails and the red wine we tried were very good. The Ribeye was very juicy and had good flavor even the Well done that we ordered. Also the bread with the olive oil was good. I would definitely go back.
