I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time. Since the pandemic and the reopening of the restaurant, the service and the attitude of the managers, it has gone down. The servers are a representation of how the management attitude and the type of hospitality is given to all their customers. I understand that being in the restaurant business, it's hard for one because most of the workers live of their tips. Sine I've returned the restaurant charges a 3 to 5 percent when you pay with a debit or credit card. I know one has to make money, but wow charging an extra amount on a card. I think its ridiculous. This restaurant was once a beloved and great to go eat, know it's sad to say I can't stand being inside. The service is bad and the manager looks like she runs a hostile environment with the way the servers work. The servers use to talk to the people and laugh, but now they don't even Crack a smile. Also, when one enters the business you smell the sewage from the restroom and that is really disgusting. I hope the owners read this and return the original personal making the restaurant back to its once beloved ways and it's atmosphere. It's really sad to see this once hopping restaurant into a slave driving restaurant. I hope for those who visit the restaurant you get the best service and get a great server who smiles and laughs with its patrons.
Delicious Tacos Andale. Don't miss this authentic food. The service was amazing and the atmosphere felt legit. Dos equis on draft
Had lunch for a party of 7. The Pandemic was difficult on both customers and proprietors. We must have hope for a return to better customer service where the customer is valued again. This was not the case on this visit. The hostess needed to be more polite and our server was lacking in skill providing the restaurant offering. We were not asked if we wanted dessert, and we had to ask someone else to get beverages. Let's do better.
Enjoyed the bar area with live entertainment. Good music, and drinks were made to perfection.Great place to enjoy a drink and appetizers. The service was great. Bartenders were super busy bit attentive to us. Shrimp cocktail soooo good!!! Oysters were a little small though.
My family and I visited today about 5pm on a Saturday. Everything was decked with valentines decor-very colorful and “over the top” the Mexican way! Our waiter was polite and attentive even though the place was becoming crowded as another young man began to sing a wide variety of Mexican songs to the crowd. Turns out it was not only mine but many other people’s birthday. The staff made mini celebrations of each birthday guest with wooden frames and tiny pinatas! Add to this the wonderful food (I highly recommend the fish tacos and margarita I enjoyed!) and Andale left us with an enjoyable evening!
The food was amazing and I liked it very much! The service was great too. There was even live music on the location. Drinks were great too. I was quite surprised when I got my Margherita, as it was gigantic!I absolutely recommend that restaurant, but I advise to make a reservation beforehand. I was lucky, as I arrived early, but when we left, there was a lot of people waiting for a table.
Amazing food and took my husband to watch the mariachi music. We loved it all and the food and entertainment is even better than Carlos & Mickey’s.
The restaurant was one of my favorites a few years back with amazing food and staff. I always enjoy my time here since the staff is so amazing, yet food quality and prices haven't kept up in that manner unfortunately. I would recommend for would-be dinners to check ahead for specials and Mariachi nights, those are the best times to go.
Service was great, waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items in the menu. The prices were reasonable and their lunch special was very pleasing to the wallet. The pozole was great but my gorditas plate was nothing to be bragging about. The shredded beef had no flavor and it was dry. The beans n rice were below average. My coworkers ordered the flautas n literally said that Costco's tacos were probably better. The food didn't impress me at all.
The food is great and the service is great. I rate my black bass with shrimp salad as yummy in my tummy especially the shrimp salad and extra dash of Yumm. Now with that being said I don't eat bass often so I'm not sure of it's flavor. It comes with the limes and that gives it flavor to me. If you're a fish eater you would say it's a bit over cooked and I would say yes but when you get to the meat on the inside you can't tell me that that meat isn't juicy. I should have taken pictures of the inside of the fish sorry I just ate it all up. And the margarita on the rocks was great, with great flavor. They also have great prices. Oh this restaurant is in El Paso Texas.
