I really like this restaurant because they accommodate your dietary needs if you have them. I was trying to stick to my no sugar or salt diet and the chef cooked me up some great chicken that wasnt on the menu and some some greens made with turkey (they dont use pork). The food was great and she said they even cater and do events! I was pleasantly surprised.

Great experience. Good food and friendly staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was delicious and fresh! Great customer service! I will be back soon!!

The southern hospitality of the staff was very evident! I had the lightly breaded, fried fish with potato salad which was very good ?.My friends had slap yo mama wings, ribs and 4 sides. I believe the system of marking the menu with a dry erase marker was a bit confusing for the owner/staff as we were asked multiple times what we ordered. Also the mac n cheese was not baked as expected.Like I said, the staff was very polite, my food was good IMO, but my friends were not fully satisfied with their meals. Also our cornbread was not thoroughly cooked. We'll give them another chance though ?

Stopped by with my hubby and children and I’m so glad we did! Real family atmosphere, delicious food, chill music and good vibes! My pregnancy taste buds are hard to please and they were fully satisfied here. Southern hospitality done right!!! Thank you to everyone here and a special shout-out to Steve!

I’m in love with it all. You walk in & it’s the vibe that get you. The customer service is spot on. They give the kids colors & paper & whatever they draw go on there wall just beautiful. The food made me feel like I was in Louisiana again. I will say this we didn’t save no leftovers. Y’all have to try it you won’t get this kinda love no where else Mann. I’m coming back mom.

Food was amazing. We got the fried chicken, the ox tails, the ribs, the slap ya mama wings, the fries, the Mac and cheese and the collard greens. Everything was great, but the wings were out of this world amazing. The service was a little slow but so darn friendly that we didn't mind. I only got a couple of photos because the food didn't last. Will be going back we have to try everything on the menu.

This place is authentic! I had the Slap Yo Momma honey wings, collard greens & cabbage, mac n cheese, and red beans & rice. I didn't eat it all, just so you know. The wings are pretty big and the sides are very shareable. If I can give my honest opinion, the wings were too sweet...I like my sweet & spicy wings too have a kick, but they were still delicious. I preferred more greens than cabbage, but still very flavorful. The mac was also delicious but a little too salty for me. The red beans & rice were perfect. Overall, everything was GREAT! And the owner and cook, Ms. Dee, is the sweetest?Thank you Note: Be prepared to wait, this ain't no fast food joint!?

Too expensive and the fact that you gotta buy each side made no sense. The Oxtails was fried and the portion was small and it doesn’t come with rice you gotta buy that as a side. ??‍♀️ Mac and cheese was not on point. It could’ve been whoever was cooking??‍♀️Slap ya mama chicken had too much sugar it was too sweet but was ok. I will say the Owner had great southern hospitality. I’m gone have to try some other dishes. Everyone can’t make good pig feet but I wanted some. I throw down in the kitchen and was craving some bomb Mac n cheese. It was under cooked some of the shells not cooked down. You just don’t do Mac like that. I thought the Greens was gonna be real greens not out of a can but even out the can it can be finessed. All it needed was some good cooked down smokes pork or salted pork. The oxtails was good but not enough flavor. That was about a month ago so hopefully they stepped their game up. Once again it could’ve been the cook that day. I will be going back.

I will say good customer service but i didn’t have a chance to eat the food because of the chaos in the back. I was looking forward to tasting the food but left when I heard the cussing at each other in the back of the kitchen. Maybe I will come back and give a second chance because I heard the food is good. It’s important to have a respectful strong relationship in the workplace and better communication skills as I was thinking of bringing my family to sit and eat.
