Let me save you time and, if you want actual good food and service, don't go here. If you want wings go to another Wingstop that's not here. Customer service is just as bad as their wings and fries cooked here. The employees are all under achievers based on the attitude and work ethic they give. I would give the benefit of the doubt because these are some interesting times, but there are other restaurants with LESS EMPLOYEES that are more welcoming than in here. If I could I would give this place a negative 5 stars because of the disgusting service and sanitation. Avoid going to this Wingstop.
I love wing stop so it's disappointing once again to have to deal with this kind of service from this establishment, it won't matter either way that I received raw fries again given the fact that this location is very popular. I hesitated on leaving any reviews before because I like giving 3rd, 4th and 5th chances but I woke up sick today and not only was it raw food received but the wings didn't have any sauce. I was really patient and didn't want to bother so I took my order but then driving away I saw that they didn't even complete my order I had to return back for the raw fries. Sorry for asking when it was going to be ready and for interrupting your busy line of customers to get my raw fries.
A police officer at a black lives matter protest gets more respect than the customers at this wing stop. Some advice: Order the exact opposite of what you want because that's what you're getting. And when you get your order wrong, the employees will roll their eyes because you had the audacity to correct something you spent your money on. As I look around the store, I'm reminded of my high school history class because literally everyone in a wingstop uniform is on their phones. Maybe if you post your order on Instagram they'll see it and get it right for once.This place fell off. Golden Chick is better.
As a delivery driver, I already provide the car, the gas, the commercial insurance ( which costs extra), my time. I also pay for all of the car repairs, the tires. I am supposed to pick up the food and deliver it. I am not there to prepare the food. The food needs to be ready, including the drinks for me to pick up. If you want me to work for your store and fill drinks, then you need to put me on payroll. I don't work for free.
Ordered and the person next to me, who paid AFTER ME, got food before me AND before the person before me!! WON’T come back to this place!
One of the cashier's was taking her time hiding in the restroom and another employee on his cell phone taking a personal call, orders were out and they were taking their sweet time handing them out.
Ordered an order for plus rolls. pick up order then they called they forgot 2 orders. Got to the office and they had forgotten orders of rolls. Then attempted to call from 3 phones just to be on hold for mor than an hour. Got nothing resolved
Was there two days ago...Never again....during lunch ..not much of a lunch crowd with good reason!!! Chicken thighs way overcooked and smells spoiled. Fries were what seemed like yesterday's leftovers . Badly needed for an oil change on fryers! All the ketcup packets stuck to each other...all the while ...the manager playing on her phone. Veey sad, indeed...
If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be one of the worst Wingstops that I have visited. The food takes a long time to come out and is over cooked and somehow cold. The wait is more than 30 min when they aren’t busy. The manager is extremely unprofessional. He is gossiping, making fun of customers, rude, and doesn’t hold himself accountable. Also for some reason they close at 10:00.
I’m a big fan of Wingstop but today the food and service was terrible at this location. I ordered 8 boneless wings and got bone in. The fries were not seasoned at all. I don’t mean little seasoning, I mean none. And my biggest complaint is NONE OF THE WORKERS HAD MASKS ON. With how COVID is going right now, food workers not wearing masks behind the counters and while touching the food is unacceptable. They were friendly, but not wearing masks
