Service socks. And management sucks. My order was wrong tonight. I was missing 10 boneless wings. Called and asked for management and he didn't have the courtesy to talk to me. Requested money back and said they couldn't. Wings were replaced. But it's not the first time. I had already gone back with the same order.. it's ridiculous.
Came in to order because I wanted fresh food. Was told I would have to wait and hour because someone just ordered 100 wings. Totally fine because I want my food fresh. Got my order in about 30 minutes and it was cold fries cold wings cold and the sauce tasted like it was mixed with different flavors. Really disappointed as I waited for the food to be fresh
Every time I order from this location and pay online they make my wife call me when she picks it up and get the last 4 of my credit card. I paid online she has confirmation email and they make her prove it’s her order. Well that’s the last time we order from there! I pay online for convenience and not to be hassled for the last 4 of my credit card!!
The service is awful, never again will I come here. My family and I walked into the place and we were the only ones that weren’t welcomed, literally no “hello”. Then they didn’t even bring us our food we had to go get up, while to other people they took it to them. When we got our food it was hard as hell. Afterwards I went to go ask for 3 forks, mind you I was being nice, and the worker rolled his eyes and walked away. Then when we left, they didn’t even say bye. I literally felt so uncomfortable and not welcomed so I just took my food to go. No manners, so disrespectful hate it there. Plz go to some other wingstop if you can.
Horrible experience, dirty restrooms and Dinning area was filthy customer service needs major improvement, waiting time did not meet expectations

I ordered bone in and they accidentally gave me boneless. Not only did they fix my order, they did it quick and they gave me more wings. And they had a good attitude. So great!

Ordered delivery doordash did a great job the problem was not the delivery but receiving something extra inside my blue cheese. Called to let them know they said it was blue cheese while it clearly not being blue cheese and they just said we cannot do anything except you coming in to pick up new dressing or put a credit. I had them put a credit but will not go back to that wingstop.
Ordered at 11:11PM and did not get my order until 12:06AM. It was frustrating to see that plenty people that ordered after me received their order a lot sooner than I did. I even asked how much longer for my order to which they said 4 minutes but it turned out to be another 20 minutes. Order from this wingstop if you're okay with waiting for about an hour for your meal.
