I was served by a lady name klarissa I ordered a burger and som. Eer she was quick and attentive always checking if I need anything made my dinner enjoyable i will be coming back
I don’t normally write reviews but my experience was too amazing not to share! I dined in at Buffalo wings and rings on the Fourth of July and had arguable the best service ever by Ms. Kiana. I had trouble choosing between a few flavors so I asked my server for her opinion and she recommended the hot lemon pepper. She also suggested I try the strawberry funnel cake fries and they were soooo good! Serious if anyone is thinking of going you have to get them! 100/10 experience, I will definitely be returning and requesting that I be served by Ms. Kiana.
Great night out was made even better by Deyla!! She has a fantastic demeanor, was friendly and extremely charismatic!! She had our whole table cracking up? plus she was a great server!
Our food was hot it was slightly cold I don’t know why the time we went was not too busy. Our waitress looked frustrated but was very attentive maybe she was having a bad day. Overall it was okay.
This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The atmosphere is great, especially for watching sports,there are a lot of t.vs. Service is always great. Their wings are better than the popular wing places around. Also their home made blue cheese is amazing.
REALLY!!!! Bad costumer services and food was super cold!!!!! The waitress never went to our table to ask us if we needed an refills… then we ask her to get us refills She never took them!!! My boys were super thirsty… We just took a decision to get up pay and leave!!!! Spoke to the manager the only thing he said…. “ Going to watch the cameras and see how long she took and how many times she went to the table” ??♀️…. Come on there was not even a lot of people.. for her not even go one’s to ask if we needed anything and the food to be sooo cold. Even the manger told me he didn’t see why that happened because he didn’t have too much ppl ? REALLY BAD !!!!!
This place has some decent food, but they are overshadowed by lack of attentive waitstaff, leadership/managers who frankly doesn’t keep their staff accountable.Got my order wrong and manager came to our table to tell me I ordered the wrong item…. Not the case. Have to say this is our last time going to this wings &rings. Hope they train up their staff and management better.
I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Our server was so overwhelmed, and while I was looking for our drinks the “manager” comes over and attacks me. She said I was so rude because I told the server that we hadn’t been attended to. I didn’t even call her over. She came on her own to attack me.
Food was very good! The only thing I was disappointed by was the Bacon Mac and Cheese which tasted more like it was made with Alfredo sauce than cheese but other than that it was delicious! The fried pickles & onion rings were the perfect texture and didn't fall apart as they were eaten, as is common from cheaper restaurants.
Everything came out quickly and tasted great! It was pretty busy for a Tuesday night, but the staff was visible and fog a great job of checking in their tables. Took a little long to get our check, but no biggie. Look forward to going back soon.
