My wife and I used to really enjoy wing barn. But for the last year or so they have been hot garbage! The wings have been over cooked and under sauced. They cut some of the appetizers portions in half but kept the same price. Tonight we ordered and I decided to try a burger, i ordered the southwest melt and it was missing half of the ingredients that were supposed to be on it, the patty was cheap and not good and the burger itself was over all not good. Once again, hot garbage!

What an amazing experience I had at Wing Barn. I took my family to this location that we have never been before in this area since we are from San Antonio. Oh my goodness!!! Loved the food, it was a clean environment, and the customer service was top notch. I am a firm believer of good customer service. Nick was our waiter and was informative and eager to let us know what they served. He was polite, quick, and smiled every time we asked for something. The food was delicious.. Loved the wings and burger there too. Jeanette I believe was the manager.... so friendly. We need more people like this in the restaurant industry. I had so many bad experiences including Olive Garden where our waitress was not so friendly. My family and I will definitely recommend and visit Wing barn again.

The girl cashier was rude as heck and kept rushing us. ? she had no sense of humor and was like a robot. Later we noticed her flirting with the guys .... probably needs to be talked to about this behavior. Her job is to be pleasant to the customers instead of with her boy coworkers. Smdh she made it very uncomfortable to talk to. PLEASE GET FRIENDLIER CASHIERS!!! At least the good was good.

I've never understood when you build your own burger, why they charge extra for raw onion but there isn't a charge for grilled onions. I prefer raw and I've always had to pay extra for that. Also on my latest visit the manager, I believe her name was Amanda, touched my baby son's face uninvited. I understand that she was complimenting on how cute he was but I didn't appreciate her putting her hands on his face.

Fried mushrooms are amazing from here. Boneless tongue twisters are my go to flavor of boneless wings. Burned myself with the mushrooms though, be careful! Still great ?

We always order wings from here because we love the flavors & the crispness of the wings. (Mango habanero in traditional wing, Thai sesame in traditional wing & ranch Buffalo in boneless are our favorite) The fries are best when you eat them at the restaurant since they get soggy quickly when doing take out. Their ranch & blue cheese are delicious & the amount that comes with the orders is sufficient (double what they give at wingstop). From the appetizers the texas poppers are spicy but delicious. The fried mushrooms are fried perfectly but be careful because they will stay HOT on the inside & ooze once you bite them. Fried pickles are a bit on the salty side but they do taste great with a cold beer.The restaurant itself is clean & the staff is friendly.However for the past few months the website hasn’t been working correctly so ordering online has been a nightmare and ordering by phone is a no since they constantly hang up (tried it various times throughout 3 months & got hung up 6/8 times) This is mostly why I chose 3 stars since it’s rude to just hang up on someone when a website is not working correctly. It’s best to go to the restaurant and order there. Service is usually fast (except on weekends) and they tend to get the orders correctly. (Always check your order because they do have the hiccup every now and then).

This location has a 2 star Yelp rating and now I know why. The hostess/waitress Jessica S. was extremely rude and unprofessional. When ordering at the counter we asked what sides they had and she replied, “they’re right there” motioning to the back of her. My boyfriend forgot his glasses and couldn’t read the menu which is why he asked. After ordering we told her “thank you” and she just walked off without a reply. This was a reoccurrence throughout the evening.Then, we asked for the fries to be brought out when they were done, since she told us the food would take a while. She said “yeah, I know. They’re almost out”. Everything ended up being brought out together after a long wait time. We were the only customers inside, aside from one other couple who were already eating. Our food even took longer than other people who came in and ordered after us. On top of all that, the entire time we were there she was on a phone call with her AirPods on, walking around having a conversation and cussing in Spanish. I guess that explains why the place was dead on a Saturday night.

Waited over 30 minutes for an order I was told because it takes a long time to cook chicken . When you can plainly see the cooks or more interested in having a conversation than even looking at the tickets . Will not come back . Go to the one on 10th they seem to have a much back of the house

I love the wing. They have a good taste. I placed an order and was waiting outside and my wing were sitting on the counter for 20 minutes before I got them. And that is only because I went in. I was very disappointed and her excuse was that they were short staffed. They only had two tables that they needed to attend to and both had there food. I don’t know what her problem was. Bad service.
