In my opinion this particular place have the Best food and Service. Always spotless clean,Employees are the best! My Recognition and appreciation !However, Restroom availability can be a problem at times, only one person at a time for such a busy Restaurant is not Acceptable.
I placed a mobile order to dine in and it took a while and I assume because I gave the wrong name but besides that the manager was really nice we went in there just to eat my mother was in a bad mood but left feeling good because the manager was super kind to us I haven't seen a manger be so kind to there customers before 5/5 food was also great
Drive-thru order took nearly 30 minutes.. we were in lane B and this poor kid was the only one working lane B. Meanwhile inside at the window, I can see 5 people standing there by the drivethru window. Also, 6 cars in lane 'A' ordered after us and all were served before us! Help the poor kid doing lane 'B'. Then, we get our order and my 2 honey mustard sauces are missing. I go knock on the window and she hands me one honey mustard. I tell her I paid for 2. I just feel bad for the kid working alone on the outer later.. but the missing items are pretty consistent for this Whataburger. Just fyi, CHECK YOUR BAG, before you drive off.. something is probably missing.
Great food and service staff are excited to serve you
This store used to be my favorite but recently every time my wife and I go we always have to go back because something is missing. We order stuff in the burgers like avacado or jalapenos and end up missing. They have even forgot the bacon on the BACON BURGER. I have worked fast food and understand it can be difficult sometimes, but to mess up even when it's slow? You need to redo everyones training because it's not right. In order to get good whataburger I have to drive further than right down the road. Learn to make the orders as it's ordered and make your sweet tea taste like SWEET TEA not water.
I was craving my go to patty melt last night after trying the disappointing bk whopper melt "slider" 2 days ago. I was surprised that my favorite burger tasted slightly different. It was good, but it was missing its usual greasiness. It was still better than the bk one, but i missed the grease. The paper that it was wrapped in, had no grease stains. At least, it's slightly healthier than usual.
2 out of 5 times I order I’m always missing something. I understand it’s a really busy location, but that’s why I don’t understand why I don’t see that many workers compare to other locations hence, correct me if Im wrong the drive through is slow?I’ll give a 3 star because its not always a bad service.
RUDE DRIVE THRU LADY 9am spoke to manager said he will bring this up but I was told by other employee that she is rude n like that everyday with everyone
I normally love whataburger and always get incredible service, but as of lately I feel like whataburger has been pretty mid. I don't know if they might have changed the recipe for something or their ingredients changed, but it doesn't taste like whataburger. Customer service is obviously incredible as always.
The lady dumped my food into the bag upside down so that the hash brown sticks fell out all over. I ordered online to eat in my car because of covid. There is a whole empty parking lot but this guy in his huge truck has me blocked in so I can't leave
