Every single time I order from here it is always wrong and missing something ! I’ve lived by this Whataburger for years and it’s a real inconvenience to have to go to another Whataburger just to get my order right. It would be one thing if it were every now and then that they mess up an order, but for it to be every single time, 4-5 times in a row is just absurd! I’m not one to leave reviews but management or something needs to change with this specific establishments location. I’m currently waiting once again for them to hopefully get my order right after getting it wrong the first time, this is why I’m able to type out this whole message as I’m here just hoping they finally get it right…
Grabbed some lunch before heading back to Dallas. The place was spotless and the staff was very courteous. I was impressed at how professional they were. They brought our food (hot and tasty) to the table and later brought out the condiments tray and asked if we needed anything else. Rare to get exceptional service at a fast food location. Great job!
Long wait. 30 minutesFood was cold and not correct. No straws or napkins, trying to be like chic-fil-a taking orders on hand held device. No no no. Definitely not coming back!
I would give a 5 but I gave a 4 because the soda always tastes flat or not enough syrup and they always put the wrong cheese on my burger
I completed my order online, I hadn’t had a problem in the past with any Whataburger, this time around i was missing a burger, so my husband went back and they weren’t being helpful, once I called, they only remade my part of the order when it had been past 1 hr and a half that I had placed the initial order. They should have recreated the order to be polite, it was their fault the order was incomplete in the first place and now we are stuck with cold food!

We've Always stopped there for meals because of the delicious malts & shakes, so of course our meals ordered. This past time a chocolate malt .... chocolate malt didn't taste like a chocolate malt, also a possible mint no malt taste, couldn't taste chocolate. Strawberry shake good. Hamburgers didn't taste good either, fries always good unless cold. 1st time only so far,And we can taste & smell well!$17.00...PS The workers were very nice.
went 12/14/21 around 6:40 pm to gain my credit of a incomplete/wrong order. original order was from 12/13/21 around the same time. As per manager brian on 12/13/21 i was able to gain one credit of a meal that was incorrect. when i went on tuesday (12-14-21) i called to confirm i was on my way and the instructions i was told to do. once i get there The manager Marissa (as i was told when i called for the name) very rude as long as with a high school employee who was on break. the employee was on the opposite side of counter stated i owed a “$5 tip” i asked “for what?” he stated for “service” as i replied “the service i didn’t receive yesterday for a wrong order?” i quickly left but i know the manager over heard the employee cause she was asking for the drink i wanted a second after. I have always come here, this was the most immature staff i have ever dealt with. I have reported this to corporate and i will not come here anymore which is okay, i know i’m not the only customer, i have worked in fast food before…but please! handle your high school/young employees to be respectful and kind! I didn’t not ask for his remark and he did not know the situation unless someone said it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! over all i did go inside and give receipt and guided with a pen what was wrong.Food did not take long at all. It’s the remakes that made it rude. Then getting told to come back the next day because brian was not there… i confirmed so i wouldn’t go without reason and waste both of our time. i’m a single working mother and wanted to treat my daughter to this restaurant and the result wasn’t pleasant after a long day…. please be better. and be better people.
Ordered and got charged for large fries and this is what I get. Very dissatisfied
