Great atmosphere great service great place to celebrate my pre-birthday
The staff was great but my chicken was overcooked and dry and my friend steak was very dry. The baked potato was good the salad was really good. I ordered a beer Stella to be exact and it tasted so skunky. I have dined here before and always had a good meal. Unfortunately it was a miss this last time. Maybe I will give it another chance in the future.

Not sure why they got such a high rating. The quality of steak here is horrible. I had to send my steak back the first time only to receive a low quality of steak that was not cooked right. With that thin of a steak, I can see why they can't get it right. 1 star for good service. I got a 12oz ribeye and ordered mind medium. Ask yourself would I eat this. If you wouldn't don't stop here.
My wife and I had an awesome dinner. The prime.rib, of course medium rare, was spectacular. The service was exceptional.Large portions for a reasonable price. This is definitely the spot my friend. If you love a great steak and marvelous prime rib, look no further.Texas Roadhouse. Peace..PS: Don't forget to leave your waiter/waitress a great tip. I'm not trying to offend but if you can't leave at least a 15% tip just stay home and serve yourself.The employees go out their way to give you a great dining experience. Don't be a cheapskate. Even if the service is poor, leave 15%.You never know what that person is going through. Share the love. You will definitely be blessed for your kindness and thoughtfulness of others.Now stop reading my review and go get yours at Texas Roadhouse. Yeeeha.
Well, first of this was the first time my husband and I visited this Texas Roadhouse in Edinburg. There is a few things I didn't like, first they opened at 3pm which is crazy, second server just came about twice and that's just to serve and refill our drinks. What I didn't like is I had to get up from my table and go and ask if they had boxes to go and ask for my bill. I mean come on now. Other than that appetizer was good, small but expensive but the main entree's were delicious well, at least mine was, I had the beef tips, strongly recommend.
This place use to be really good now maybe they switched managers food changed third time i come here and I asked for my steak medium rare and all we got is well done taste like burnt and other items were cold except the cheeses fries. Manger even went back to are table and asked if everything was okay and we said that are steaks came out well done and all she said was sorry would u like anything else? She should of done a lot more for her customers. Will definitely not come back to this location at all. Thank you Texas road house. But the employees expect manger were so nice
Got great service even though the place was packed. Food was great and plentiful. I don't usually rate these big restaurants bur in this case I will. We will go again as we truly had a good experience. Give the cooks a raise, they deserve it.
Came to celebrate my daughter-in-law's birthday. This is truly the only place in town that cooks the medium well steaks perfectly! They always nail it! The staff was great. The food was spectacular. I highly recommend the place!!!
First time family and I have eaten here and we loved it!!! Our server was super friendly and very helpful. I'm sure he knew we were newbies. Price wasn't bad either for 5 ppl. Will definitely be going back! ?
