We ordered the daily special. THEY made us the wrong sandwich. We did not notice until I questioned the price and looked at receipt. They would not give us the difference. Told them how we even pointed to board when we were ordering. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by management. They have lost a faithful customer. I usually eat at a subway by my work like 3 times a week, I won't be doing that anymore. It was only like a dollar difference. But it wasn't the money. They made a mistake, they should own up to eat and fix it. And I was NOT rude when I was talking to them. I was trying to explain situation very calmly.
