So apparently now you don't talk to someone thru the intercom at this Subway to place an order! First off u pull up and no one responds. Luckily i saw a small sign that says press for help! I'm asked what i want and then told to place my order mb placing thru the touchscreen monitor.... After that the wait time for the food was almost double than before ... Not a happy camper and they got my order wrong!

Used the drive thru screen and ordered a Cail steak sub only asked for avocado and pepperoni and pepper jack cheese and I guess they can't read or something because they put every veggie item on the menu and mozzarella and all these other dressingLike please read what we order cuz this is ridiculous

I went in the night they had to teen boys playing around, not using no mask. I got 3 sandwiches they didn’t add non of my veggies. They charged me for all the extra but didn’t give it to me. I tried calling the store and they didn’t want to pass me the manager. Worst experience in this place ever! Rude employees who don’t even know how to do their job correctly. I got charged $28.50 for plain sandwiches.

Their food was awesome as always... I just had to blend my sandwich because I was sick with a very bad sore throat... Other than that food was great...

Very rude girl at window and messed up all three sandwiches I ordered I would assume since there is a computer outside to order that they would not get it wrong but they did when I called to complain no manager on site so I came here because this isn't the first time and I'm tired of this place

Took a very long time to give me two subs an a soup plus my soup was cold

Staff looks like they don't even wanna be there but otherwise it's ok

I love subway but will definitely not come to this location if in a hurry! Hehe Staff did a good job and I'm sure they tried their best to assist all customers in a fast manner, yet, I was on the drive thru for about 20 minutes. Also, I am not a fan of the touchscreen that was installed in the drive thru to be honest. I feel that's what slowed the process. Anyways, for now all I can say is that I left feeling disappointed because of the wait, but food was great. Staff apologized for the waiting time too. I'll be going back but when I am not in a hurry.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Drive trhu experience was awful, they forgot the items for the order, couldn't even get my sub toasted. Maybe try fixing your drive thu microphone for the customers, one can barley hear the person taking your order.
