They were so incredibly sweet to me and I wish I got their names but whoever was taking care of DT today around 6 y’all are amazing.
dont put your ,money . the employees and managers dont have anything to do with their life instead of working talk about customers .woman named k I think she is one manager she is very rude . I dont think she should not be working at coffee . try not get provoked by employees and managers
Went to starbucks on University earlier today. Ordered two trenta drinks and as usual they messed both of them up. What's new. Asked for 2 peach tea and they gave us 2 apple tea, yes, apple tea. Drink tasted off, but this is normal at all starbucks, zero consistency between stores. But we noticed the labels said apple tea. But by this point we were long gone, line was too long to go back and get in line all over again. So later in the afternoon on the way back home, and since we didn't drink either drink. We decided to stop and ask for just the peach flavoring. We gave them the opportunity to fix the drinks. After proving to them that we had ordered the drinks earlier. They charged us .50 for the flavoring. No, sorry we messed up and ruined your initial drinks, but rather, it's .50 for us to fix our initial screw up. Unbelievable!! I guess starbucks is off the menu now.
Always out of stock on all the new drinks. I always have to go to another location to get my drink. Bad management and should do better for their customers.
This year the staff there are a lot better at making the orders right. They were always friendly and helpful, but this year the quality of the orders is coming out waaayy better than before! So glad!
They always run out out of many items. Always my luck in this area. I really dislike drinking a coffee I don't want, but in that moment with our gas prices going up...mehh! I'll do!! Lol!
I just went in with wife and no plans to buy anything. Barista offered water as we waited for coffee. I just have to say this is really good customer service, felt appreciated. Thank you.
This place has lost it's touch. Unfortunately, it is the closet Starbucks to me. They are ALWAYS out of at least two things I order and the staff doesn't know the drinks well. Waited to review, to make sure it was a pattern, hopefully they get it together soon. I miss getting what I ordered.
Great and friendly staff! By far the best store ever. They really know how to make your experience a great one!
Their mobile order is always back up and not by a little bit. They need to update their 9-12 min wait time. It's more like 20 to 25 mins. This has happened on multiple occasions
