Orders a #1 with mustard and toasted buns on 12-22-21Before heading for work. The food was fresh hot and delicious and they gave me enough ketchup packets for my fries ?.Since I didn't want to stop and eat and drive to work eating. Which was delicious
Very sweet and helpful employee. He was very busy but managed to help us out with a bit of a wait. The only thing that really bothered me was the insane amount of flies while trying to eat.
Drive thru cashier messed up our other even after he repeated our order he forgot to charge us a few items then said we have to pay for his mistake. Food went straight to the trash got are money back and we went to Stars Drive Thru food is better there and cheaper.
For some reason, they never put the lemon or the lime that should come with the order for a lemon or lime slush. I made a complaint several times and no one seems to care and also they stopped bringing the orders out to you when you place the order on the app. Normally they bring it to you when you check in the app but after 25 min of waiting I had to drive by the drive-thru and ask for my order and they don't give you a fresh order for waiting you just keep what was left in the counter for 25 min.And then also when you provide feed back here on google there responses seem generic as if someone is just copying and pasting words rather than someone generally concerned or showing any empathyPlease sonic fix this...
Honestly the only reason for two stars is because on occasions when using the mobile app I’ve had to press the button at the stall when I can clearly see my items right at the front waiting, usually it’s just two things however I have to wait even longer when I ordered ahead? I get it’s a bunch of teens working but for the prices of some of these items you could try to pay them more so they’d at least have a reason to work efficiently.
Ordered chicken, gave me crumbs. Tots were cold. Flurry had no mixers in it. Manager looked 17. Sign of the times? Maybe I was just unlucky. I won't be back.
Super quick and they always have awesome promos...I get their text notifications. Highly recommended them.. food is always on point.
I love there food .plus they are so friendly and lovly persons..and every thing is fresh and done.im always there with all my grand daughtets and grand sons to eat and have a wonderful time.thanks sonic
