First time here and was pleased. The chicken is good. Sauce gives more flavor. Its simple strips but big servings.

Excellent chicken size portions food was hot and fresh really good the only thing I dint like was there was a girl cashier and she seemed a bit annoyed when we’re asking questions about the menu and what modifications we can do
I have never had a bad experience from this location. If you have a short lunch break at your job their drive thru is so fast!! Even if their is a line it's still fast! Love the sauce!!!
Staff and service are good. But the chicken? Look at the size! Almost same as the canes logo? that too - 60% batter and 40% chicken. $13 for 6pc? Just enough for a meal! Why do they rip of customer.
Overall, the staff here is very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted when I walked in and a few minutes after sitting down to eat, I was then approached by an employee who asked if everything was all right with my meal. To which I responded with, “Everything is great.” And in the rough amount of 30 minutes I was sitting there, eating my delicious meal, I couldn’t help but notice this one employee named Faith, who I introduced myself to later, was cleaning the entire time. As soon as a customer left, the table was cleaned and sanitized within minutes and the chairs tucked in. She made sure the condiment area was cleaned and restocked as well— straws, lids, condiment cups, utensils, as well as melting ice piled up in the coke machine, and even the tea, which wasn’t anywhere near empty, but refilled it anyway, because that’s what an efficient employee does. If I was still a manager at a restaurant, I’d definitely take her away from here. I hope her efforts aren’t going unnoticed. I appreciate everyone else’s efforts and I will definitely be coming back here again.
food is Hot and everyone is very friendly and very clean place
Used to come here every other day. This past month I noticed the chicken fingers are half the size they used to be. I went to a different Cane’s location and finger arent that small as this location. Is there an issue with the supply chain or whats going on?
Visited for lunch today with my wife. The food was good chicken tenders hot and fresh however bread and fries were cold and bits and pieces. Ask the cashier if she could amend the matter to which she brought back only one serving of fries which was smaller than the serving that came with the order, bad call... Will make the drive to McAllen next time!
Was our first time going to Cane's. It was very good and their special sauce was the ABSOLUTE best! We will be back.
