Slowest and unprofessional. Friday, April 22nd at approximately 6:30 pm., we walked inside to pick up because the drive thru was long. It took us 30 minutes to receive our order (10 piece meal/sandwich). Too many people just standing around doing nothing while some were working extra hard. Manager needs to emphasize customer service and professionalism.
My first visit to this Popeye's. Great location which is easily accessable. Staff was friendly and courteous and food was good...had the Cajun flounder fish sandwich meal with fries. It's real flounder by the way!In spite of the restaurant being mostly empty (4 people) ALL the tables and booths were dirty, the napkin holders empty, and floors had food particles that needed sweeping. No one was cleaning and restocking during their down time. If this location could take care of improving their cleaning and restocking habits they would definitely get a better rating from me.
If I could give this place less than one star I would too slow took over an hour for my meal dads and mom. No refund and manager didn’t fix the problem. Don’t eat here overcharged and underfunded food portions
I have dropped KFC and Church's off my fast food chicken list. Popeye's is by far better when it comes to flavor and sides. The app has good deals. The service is a bit slow but the employees are nice, probably short handed. If you want food faster, go with the tenders. They seem to be ready and very fresh.
Employees violated and failed to comply with legal requirements to health and consumer safety regulations. Employee who places food in the bag picked up objects from the dirty floor and same objects put them inside my order and cashier picked up coins from floor and opened my order touching food. I would give 0 stars
This place is extremely slow. I have been there twice and both times it took over 20 minutes to get food that had been pre-ordered for pickup. The last time I finally got my food and then a homeless person's car looked like it had been abandoned right next to my car. I was so scared. Please know that pickup orders need to be ready to pick up on time. I was totally ignored by staff. I tried to cancel my order but couldn't get a refund via the app.
Ordered a spicy sandwich and a tender box. And when my girlfriend got home. Sat down and got ready to eat. When we took the first bite both of us just spat out the food with disgusted face on us. All our food was raw. We called and they gave us the hardest time to correct there mistake. So we drove back and hand to get it settled. So we had to waste gas and time to something that could of been avoided.
Deliver drivers get exactly $2.50 per order pre tip. I lose tips all the time because this restaurant is so slow and unprofessional. I don't want to be in your restaurant for a half hour. It is a pandemic. I will not pick up from this restaurant any more. The last time I did I had to wait a half hour, doordash would not let me cancel. The whole trip took over an hour because the customer was 10 miles away. She removed her tip because I had to wait so long. So I wasted 10 minutes driving, 20 mins plus a half hour. For 2.50
Awesome service, they're taking orders one at a time, which is great. But they should be doing two at a time; and there app needs to be accessible if there's issues with order. No one answers the phone and things get forgotten. But, again, they're nice and friendly there.
Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had it was like rubber it must have been sitting around for hours fries mushy cold the only thing any good was my Hottie sauce an coke. I'd give no stars if I could .
