This place is consistently bad whenever I order here. Delivery takes 40 minutes longer than told, pizza and sides are always cold, even with carryout. I'd rather drive the 30 minutes to and from University Pizza Hut just to get better pies than this place. Extremely dissapointing.
Driver was extremely polite and kept safe distance. Online order was fast and easy!
The drive thru lane is a big positive with this location. The pizza was made very well and was quite delicious.
Yesterday I ordered from them and they said they were gonna take 1hr to delivered. Well it took 2/3 hrs to deliver and my food was cold. Very disappointed.

Ordered from this establishment it was supposed to be delivered be 6:30pm didnt arrive till 7:10 all cold called the store and spoke to the manager and he refused to give refund or take pizza back..its not the first time stupid me for continuing to order from here.
Considering what time of day I came in they didn't have change. Had to go across the street to break my bill and then pay for my pizza and wings
Great service from the guy at the drive thru ordered the pizza at the wrong location pizza and wings 49.00 at the other pizza hut guy here at the Alamo rd and Bosque used store coupons I ended up paying 36.00 dollars ??
Marinara sauce had a bitter after taste. The pizza had spots that taste like cinnamon.
