Awesome staff...My kid (PreK3) got a free pizza from his school.The ladies who were at the cashiers took the order directly from my kid and cheer him up for getting a free pizza.They called his name and they gave it to him... they congratulate him for his hard work at school...Thanks sooooo much... you all made his day!
Disgusting.Got in after a long day of driving.Ordered pizza because the desk clerk at hotel said they delivered in five minutes. An hour and three phone calls later, no pizza. It arrived and no soda. Am still waiting for soda. Do not order this unless you love to wait forever and have them get your order wrong.
Its sad how i came here for my Valentines dinner date ..avoiding the crowds in other places thinking i was gonna have a good service ..my pizza was sitting there for 15 minutes ..they had no people they just were to busy doing i dont know what that by the time they gave it to me it was so cold ..and to top it off the lady in front with an attitude cause i told her i wanted my pizza hot..why would Pizza Hut hire people who dont want to work or on Valentines day ...plz do something its not fair to ruin someones else day cause of their bad service..?
I called this pizza hut to get a pizza delivered to me. The call went to a outside call center. I placed my order with the call center, provided my credit card information, and got my picture. The next morning I get a call from my bank saying Fraud has been exercised with my credit card. 8 attempts went through with 6 successful. Fortunately, my bank froze my card, and are working to credit back my account. I have been trying to contact this pizza hut all day, to warn them that there is an employee for the call center, using customers credit cards illegally, but as of yet, they will not return my call or speak to me about it. It's like they do not care, and that really bothers me. Furthermore, I will no longer do any business with them.
My driver was so courteous and kind. Made my whole week. Really wish I would have asked for his name to give him the full praise he deserves!
Poor customer service, called and was ignored so the call center took my order. Was told 15 mins but the store was closed even when their hours inline state they are open and then informed I would have to wait 2 hours.
Worst Pizza Hut ever!!! Ordered pizza online an hour later they call me and tell me they're closed even though they're open. Horrible, horrible management.
This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s super clean others it’s super dirty. As far as the pizza goes it’s usually pretty greasy
The customer service was great, the pizza was great, and the low wait time was great. Overall it was a great experience.
Try to order online and it went thru and then they call to cancel cause they open till 4 but they’re online is open they should correct that
