They got my order wrong, but jokes on them I also like thin and crispy pizza. But I'll give them below average for getting the order wrong, after all, what if I were someone who didn't like thin and crispy.
Poor service. If you are any other race other than white don't go here. Extremely rude. Lady was charging $2 per cheese packet for being Hispanic.
Placed an order online and provided 15% tip as the pizza hut app suggest. Called in to make sure I ordered delivery a man answered very unprofessional kept talking over me while giving him the directions. Then said this address is out of our area but I can do you the favor and take it to you if you tip a little more. I said I provided tip on the app but tipping you more on cash app is not a problem. He kept dragging on how he was doing me favors and a generous tip just dragging on about the tip. Which I had no problem providing more. I told him please cancel my order I feel like we are concentrating on the tip more than my order. He disconected the call. I called back later and spoke to the manager David. He did nothing but justify his employees order he was just trying to make a hustle and advised there was an area to provide a higher tip. The manager went on to explain how it was against insurance policy to deliver out of there area. Which is completly understandable if they had of said that since the beginning I would have said I do not want you'll to get in trouble for delivering to me out of your area I'll pick it up. If you managers and drivers have a problem with the minimum pizza hut puts in the app then discuss it with your higher up so they can make changes in the minimum amount to tip. With hustlers like this I sure as hell do not feel safe having them deliver my pizza to my home.
Easy to order and it was Right on time! The pizza ,wings and dessert were delicious!!

Stopped at my old childhood spot with my daughter so she could try and it was very disappointing. The food definitely lost it’s quality over time. The service was non-existent and I spent the same amount on a microwaved pasta , personal pan pizza with a cookie for dessert that I did yesterday at Olive Garden (which was way better food.) I had to get up to get my own things and the server did not even walk to the table to check up on us for a refill. This was the first and last time I will go there. So sad because growing up it was the place to go after a school event or game . The environment sucks now , absolutely no life in that place. Edinburg people, go to a locally owned spot like Cordons , Armados , The pizzeria, Papa John’s or even Peter piper pizza. This place is not what it used to be.
Make sure you check your ticket, they charge you someone else's meal. And check your bank statements they double charge you. They also only had one waitress took to long to get our meal and got the wrong order. Apparently I have to go back and speak to a manager for reimbursement.
Great to know we can get curbside service or dine in.
The pizza wings and cheese sticks are great I love pizza hut
