Customer service is horrible. Waiters/servers were rude and giving attitude. I placed my order over phone and they said it would be ready 30-35mins. I got there and they said it would be out soon. I check in at 40mins again and they said it was already being packed. 10mins passed and still no order. I asked after the 10mins if it was almost out, and the lady practically rolled her eyes and was annoyed that she had to go and check. She took another 5-7mins, and still wasn’t back. I got upset about the attitude she gave me when I asked, so I canceled the order since she never came back. The other server apologized, but I was upset and didn’t care to wait even longer for my food that still wasn’t ready.
This place is the worst!!! Seriously, doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! I asked the waiter for chips and salsa and he said I had to order in a specific way!!! Seriously, I have never been told how I’m suppose to order!!! If I want to order dessert first I can!!! And the even more incompetent manager said that is the way to order are in steps!!! The waiter brought me the food not even a bit warm, it was cold, like really cold like it was taken out of the fridge to the plate. When we told him that all the food was cold, he started arguing… he is beyond rude and a complete incompetent!!!! I included his picture and the manager, that’s if she’s even the manager, that was just as useless… when I returned the plate to her she was smirking, I guess she forgot she didn’t have her mask on and I could see her face, she should have her mask on when she’s around the food, she put it on to charge… then she was fighting me a lemonade that came with the plate and that it stayed on the table and she wanted me to pay for it… I was are you hearing yourself!! After the worse service, the nasty food and she still wanted me to pay the lemonade that came with the package 1…. Ohhh, on top she wanted to include the 15% for the tips for the incompetent Omar the waiter!!! I paid only what my son ate, just one chicharrón de pescado, something the incompetent manager should had been embarrassed to charge because of so much incompetence and stupidity combined!!!! However, I refused to pay the tips so the manager removed it.

I've eaten seafood all over. These guys have the best fried shrimp, and their fish filets are pretty good too. Their batter is very light, not thick, simple unadorned food that is always fresh and cooked perfectly. Their shrimp imo, is better than Pappadeaux's.
Great prices.. our waiter was very attentive even as location was busy..The food has original mariscos flavor.
Food is always delicious, it's one of my favorite restaurants, they have a lot of sitting areas. Nice waitresses.

My wife and I went to dine at the Edinburg location. They were out of red snapper so we had to settle for something else. Staff is definitely not friendly and the place is dirty. I saw several tables not cleared or cleaned and this is not the first time we have seen this at this location. This place has really gone down. Time to find a new seafood place to go.
