Not a great experience, should've gone to Whataburger across the street. Ordered the number 2 in drive thru, was told they ran out if orange juice. How do you run out of orange juice ? I guess the blame is in the leadership for not being a visionary and ordering extra boxes of inventory, anyway I figured it was just in the leadership and it wasn't the employees fault until I got my order and had to turn back around and go back because they forgot my hashbrown. I was wrong in my assumption. Take a lesson from Chick-fil-A and invest in your leadership, so that you can maximize your profits.
This is 1 of the many Worst McDonald's I've been to, i TRY my Best to avoid going to this location/any Location. The food is Always Old, fries taste like metal from sitting under the heat lamp, the burgers are always dry, donuts are old and not to mention the Nasty Chicken Nuggets ? Let me not get started one the drive thru line/wait time is out of control. Please tell me WHY? WHY? is the dining area ALWAYS CLOSED. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS.. if I could I would give it ZERO STARS..
I am really starting to hate McD!!!Some of the people at the counter and/or drive thru just do not care about serving the customer or even their job for that matter.I used to enjoy a burger from McD, but it seems like even the food has gone downhill!
Rude and we asked for extra Carmel they didn’t add it so they charged us separately .
Honestly u have to tap and record the nightcrew in this location. I already complained before and was told by the manager that this issue was going to be fixed and its the same girl that is doing this around 12am-3am. Today 5-1-22. 2:14am. She says they are only accepting cash. Okay fine. Then when i place a order she says. There only doing breakfast and cash only. Like what the hell. Then i say fine pull up the breakfast menu. After waiting 3 mins i ask are u going to pull up the breakfast menu. She says it does it on its own. Im like i cant wait. Then she says i got a line behind me if i can just move along. Like what kind of customer service is this. Shes doing everything she can to drive everyone away. 3 cars ahead of me left for the same reason.we all pulled up and asked eachother what she told us. This place has gone down hill since whataburger opened across the street
Drive thru personnel are efficient, fast, and friendly. They even complimented me on my beautiful puppies in the car. The dogs love to wag their tails at the hard workers. Food is always good at McD.Pro tip: use the McD app and get free stuff and free coupons. And, it let's you order thru the drive thru by giving you a 4 digit code to tell the friendly voice in the box. Then they will automatically have your order cuz they used your info from the app. Genius !! You can even pay with the app. Or you can pay at the window and still use the app. I'm hooked.My only comment, and the reason for not getting 5 stars, would be the rude drive thru customers who insist on coming off of Monte Cristo and cutting into the drive thru line. The asphalt is clearly painted with appropriate yellow lines, and these rude, rule breakers don't seem to care about parking lot etiquette. May I suggest that this McD install cones or barriers which more aptly impede the would-be law breakers. I have seen it done correctly at McD restaurants in the area. I'm puzzled why you allow this kind of blatant and frustrating line cutting to go on. Those of us following the rules and circling the building and coming around to be in the designated line are just getting pushed further back in time while you are serving customers who apparently have no patience. Yes, I do feel like they got MY Dr. Pepper. Its mine and i want it.There are other McD in the area, but I live closest to this one. I am contemplating a change of destination on my next breakfast burrito run.

If I could leave a negative star rating I would. I work for Doordash and have had the unfortunate experience of having to go there sometimes a few time a night. I work the early AM shifts and I have had one visit where they simply decided they weren’t taking orders. On one trip where there were only 3 cars total they took 30 minutes. Last night I had to cancel a persons order because they decided they didn’t want to make lunch items at 4am instead of the normal time of 5am cutoff time. The people are rude, the lids and the cups are usually dirty and leave black streaks when moist from whatever is staining them (probably mold). Stay the hell away.
Nice place to go! Fairly New location but service is very slow and only one lane open out of two. Heavy traffic area.
Waited 45 min to get my food wanted a hot meal ended with a cold meal it was at night time I ask lady why to long to get my meal she was cz at nights we are low and staff then she didn't come back she send someone else to give me my meal
