This McDonald’s has always been pretty slow and the service is hit or miss, which is whatever but today I unfortunately was finishing my soda when I realized there was some gunk attached to the ice… don’t even wanna know what it is.
It's always better when you get FRESH French fries! A whole lot better. Say, No!, to cold soggy weak pathetic fries! It's always sad and depressing when getting such sad fries. ? but this time! This ONE time!! My whole family was just sooo happy..we were the lucky ones to get some of that freshly made fries!? yay! Truly a good day!
McDonald's needs to accommodate door dash drivers, GrubHub drivers, any type of delivery drivers at night time. They close the dining room for general population which I understand but doing it to drivers making us deliver orders late that aren't ours just to wait through the drive thru is unacceptable. Especially since I'm taking the hit for McDonald's to profit and Doordash
Yall need to stop hiring pot head kids. Your night shift staff can't even operate correctly because they are so high. They have no manners while taking your order, line insanely slow! Get some decent employees, it's annoying! Visited 1/28/22 10:00pm
I went through the drive through like I always do. When I left I realized my order was wrong (missing the slice of cheese that cost 50 cents) so I walk back in so they could make it right and the dude ( Jose ) hands me a slice of cheese ? bro customer service is not your gig sorry
Overall food was great. Staff was fast and friendly. I always have a great experience at this location. However i have notice that after eating mcdonalds i have the worst bowl movement in the history of human history therefore let this be review be my pledge to not eat McDonald's ever again. :(
My fries when I order delivery are always cold.And I tend to never get my drinks I order. I ordered an happy meal one time for my daughter and there was only sweet n sour sauce, an toy and napkins in the box.no food.tgats very frustrating.
I rarely pick up food from here, but when I do I am happy to say that they get my order right. Chicken nuggets look different everytime (crisp outside color) though but are still enjoyable.
Every time I go I seem to always go back for missing items! Always the same issue!
When I was next in line they asked me to wait to take my order. I head them taking orders on the next line for 2 people before me. I waited 15 minutes for them to then tell me that they are not accepting card, just cash. If they would have told me that before they asked me to wait I would have understood. But they didn’t. I’m now at whataburger getting my food. All I wanted was fries. ?
