Still haven't got any response from manager regarding my order that I placed in drive thru I have done two reports on feedback and even manager said she would give me a call back today nothing has been resolved I basically been informed by corporate and management won't be coming back to this store I been eating here since I was a kid they care little for customer service

They always make orders wrong and the and they have a always have attitude and if u have to wait u have to wait for 15 minutes ..
I went in for a grilled snack wrap and 2 teas and cashier did not even know what that was! Debit machine was down and there was no sign nor did the cashier know what was wrong with it. How can you work at McDonalds and not know the menu.
No matter what I order thru the drive thru they make me park on the side! Like seriously it takes that long to get a tea???!!! If it was still brewing they should have mention it. Come on McDonald’s do better!!!! Each and every time I come it’s always the one thing or another!!!!

3rd time they mess up our visit... First they gave our order away then I complained everyone got theirs but not us then they told me there was no manager in the restaurant then they gave me the wrong order then gave me another order and it was still wrong so I just took it and left
Terrible service! Super long wait at curbside, had to call twice and still waited over 20 minutes. Got home and realized i had half of my 20 piece McNuggets and no sauces. Called and Michael placed me on hold to speak to manager and never came back on. Called numerous times and the line was just busy. When i finally got through the same guy Michael is now saying he’s the manager and after i explained what happened he was silent and then hung up on me!
Come on drinks with no ice aren't even filled to the top are you kidding me? I know this place mess up with sauces but this is it I'm not going back to this location anymore enough is enough
Curbside ordering is better when there is a huge line in the drive thru.
