Service sucks. As you walk in no one acknowledge you. You are waiting in line and another customer walks in and gets service first because it was a preorder. The only reason I stayed is because I had my grandson and he wanted ice cream so bad. This will be my first and last time going to that location. Horrible customer service
So unorganized, every time there’s an issue. Also if you place an online order they will literally wait till you get there, then what’s the point of placing the order online. Makes no sense

The lady there did make a mistake by not wearing gloves and sticking her dirty fingers in the cups when she was serving our ice cream, BUT I told her to wear gloves and get us a different cup and she did with no problem and wasn’t rude about it. She was super nice and service was great. My only reason for 3/5 is because she shouldn’t even have started working with no gloves.
I tried ordering a cookie cake & the older woman with black hair was rolling her eyes at me & raising her voice at me for asking her if she had any cookie cakes available. Terrible service. I walked out immediately & I was only in there for about 2 minutes.
Their ice cream is made here the cookies are also made here. Glad we came!

Went in to order a cookie cake for my nephew's birthday and the old lady there was totally rude not just to me but to the 2 young guys working there. Had high hopes but I won't be going back.
Very rude lady. We tried to order a cookie and she obviously did need our business.
I went to pick up the cookie cake I ordered, and the lady asked me for the name it was under. She looked before realizing it wasn't made. Instead of apologizing, she says, "Somebody called and canceled your order." Right! Like how many Claudia Tagles are there out there? or how many even know the name Tagle?
