I do not know why this location is more expensive than others. Maybe because it's in the center of the city? But what really grinds my gears is on top of the higher prices, they give you less than half a container of sauce for your breadsticks. I go to other locations often during the month. This location is the only one that does this with a higher prices. I can only assume it must be a different franchisees owner than the others. Will never go back. Just came from the drive thru, we got home and my kids are complaining and fighting that there was only 3 bread sticks and has cheese inside...so not everyone got breadsticks..so I called and they tell me that they gave me the wrong bread sticks and that I would have to take the cheese sticks back in order for them to give me what I paid for...? I told her my kids are the bread sticks and it wasn't enough..she said sorry but in order for them to give me what I originally ordered I needed to bring them back!! How is it my fault!?!?!?!!! Ridiculous!! ???
I placed an order online waited 10 minutes to head out and still I had to wait 32 minutes until they gave me my order and it was just two pizzas and 2 orders of bread stick. The person that seem to be the manager had a very bad attitude he was the one working on my order and he would stop working on it to do other stuff after having the pizzas on the boxes already. He kept asking me to have a seat since I was just starring at him because he never hurried up with my order.
Horrible experience. Never will I waste my money or my time in this establishment again. They Took my recipe to get the order and lost my receipt. Waited a hour and 15, for the wrong pizza.. manager was so unprofessional. They got like 4 peoples orders wrong since I had been waiting.
So I went and ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas at the drive thru.. the guy charges me 14.00 and I asked him if the prices went up. So the guy tells me that it’s for the most bestest. I told him I didn’t order those I ordered hot and ready. So then he says “well it’s cause it’s a ten minute wait”.. and I asked “ so you just sell me whatever you want cause there’s a wait?” He coulda told me when I first ordered.. I always have a bad experience there..only reason I went back was cause of the location. It’s probably the only good thing about that place
It’s 11:00 pm and I still didn’t get any food. I sat and watched as they brought single pizzas out to customers. I called and no answer, I was waiting in parking lot cause he said he was waiting on wings. I asked for a refund and getting my money back doesn’t give me back the time and gas I wasted out here waiting for food that wasn’t being cooked. This is the last time I come to Little Caesars. It was no sweat off his back, no apology for not making my order. It’s sad really that there is no accountability.
We bought the batman pizza ? it was delicious cooked on the spot. My grandson wanted it. Super delicious ?.

Went to pick up my order that I placed on my app, show up to find that my food was given to someone else!! Then the guy had the nerve to say I had picked it up already. Let me tell you I was livid I waited 45 freaking minutes in my car, to find out that my food that I had already paid for was given to someone else. I asked what's the point of ordering online when anyone off the streets can come pick up food without you all asking for codes, or verification!! Poor excuse of customer service, won't be returning!!
Okay so There is a guy in management named Joe that sometimes gets transferred to South Cage (Las Milpas) I was In for an order and myself and a bunch of people even customers saw Joe touch a Cashiers behind in an inappropriate manner. Even other employees saw, the cashier didnt know what was going on and played it off as an accident. I think this was very rude and It was disturbing, poor girl didnt deserve that. People like that Joe guy should be corrected! Check the cameras. 2/7/2022 This happened in south cage today!!!
