I don't normally go to this location, but I'm pretty sure it'll be the last time since the young man at the drive thru was pretty rude when I asked him about the lunch combo availability.
These employees do not care about the customer. If you're not happy with your job quit. Don't treat people in ways that you know you would not want be treated like.
Terrible service! Placed my order at 10:08 came by at 10:38 & still wasn't ready! Had to wait even longer! 1 hr wait for a " hot and ready " is not acceptable! Papa Johns & Marcos would have had the pizza ready faster than this! Last time I bother getting little ceasers. Marcos always has great pizza & is out by the time they say usually 8-12 mins.
One of the best little ceasars in the valley, pizza is to perfection, also fresh pizza, they will make ur pizza when u order, not having them sit there until some comes and orders
Absolute horrible experience. They weren’t even busy. Asked me to wait 9 mins, park outside front, took 20 mins and when I cancelled order no apology or acknowledgement of their awful service. Oh btw that was the manager…
Ok I went in to the store to wait about 5 min just so can a employee take my order there was 4 employees 2 of them where working another was sitting on the side of the store and the last one was a female the one that took my order she was on the back of the restaurant eating she saw me and keep eating the pizza was a little cold
Ordered through the drive through and I assume they just didn’t want to make the pizzas so two cars leftI got down and one of the female employees completely blew me off. The male employee was kind though. He assured me the pizza would be out soon. To then go back to wait and a different female at the drive through to be rude. I understand maybe they’re not getting paid enough, but how is that the customers fault?
I have been going to this location since it opened. Honestly, we alternate between Little Ceasers and other pizzerias, but we do enjoy this pizza unless it's from an original brick oven like some of the locally owned pizzerias. Overall, the pizza and service are great. I do recommend this location; they are fast and courteous, and you won't be disappointed. For a quick bite on those days when you ran out of time to cook lunch, this is always an alternative.
Went to pick up order. It took some waiting. When we did get the order we didn't realize that the edges were burnt. Part of it was our fault; we should have checked at store. ?
***Update***Lately they've been slower as if they don't know there are many people that want fast affordable pizza. So I started using their app I can order and pay before hand and I can just grab it from their pizza hub, three times I've done this and they still don't have my order ready and even had me wait longer than the time said it would be ready on their app which is usually 30 minutes out. Plus I go to the counter no one is manning it and there's one dude with a little pony tail must be the crew chief and he's all bad attitude. It's pizza, it's fast, it's affordable and there's a drive thru yess yess all good things
