Ate the spicy chicken burger for 4.49. It actually was the size on the commercial. Had to take out pieces of chicken to be able to eat it. Worth the money. Employees where very friendly. Cleaner than most fast food restaurants. Will be back.
Food was fresh, cashier in drive thru was super sweet, and they have crispy chicken; they rarely did before! Will come back for more.
Very disappointed ☹️ chicken tenders barley enough to feed me. 4 pc chicken tender combo, still got charged for water as a Pepsi. Also the girl didn’t understand or speak Spanish.
Maybe the supply chain, maybe globalization, but this is no longer the KFC taste you remember. Let's start with the favorite mashpotatos, this is not the same, they taste processes and the brown gravy was horrible and no where near the previous taste. The biscuit was hard and tasted like chalk. The original chicken was very greasy and super small with very little meet. The apple pie was soggy and I ended up throwing it out. Sorry, but this was really a bad day for chicken at KFC on Closner.
Once in a while I get hungry for the flavor, but I never feel good about myself afterwards.
whoever was working drive thru tonight was extremely rude to my dad who was ordering. you’re literally working at kfc. chill out.
Love that they are taking extra precautions with take out orders. They place the order In a sealed bag that rocks.
KFC disappointed me this evening. It was my favorite chicken spot even though some friends and family think it's pricey. Not sure if I will be return to KFC any time soon. Meat wasn't fully cooked. I was so hungry drove 15 miles north of Edinburg just to get uncooked chicken. Had to feed it to my dog. So Disappointing. See the pictures below.
