I just went at 7:50 and ordered 3 orders of tacos and chicken burgers. The tacos had more lettuce than anything else, also they didn’t have cheese and while we were waiting for our order the employees kept talking about customers. BAD MANAGEMENT!!! Put your employees to do their job right and to respect people that’s why they are getting paid for.
I went through drive-thru and it took them a while to answer so I went to the window and the lady told the manager I went up and he wanted to take my order from the window which is fine, but he was so rude about it. I just didn’t get anything after that.
This will be the last time I come to this Jack in the box. The gentleman that was at the window and the lady that was doing drive thru I politely ask if there was Oreo Shake and she answered yes so I ask for a large Oreo Shake and when I approached the window the gentleman man said there and I was like is this a Oreo Shake and he said no and shut the window on me. Poor customer service.. never again would never recommend no body there
I went by the drive thru midnight young lady Yulissa employee not one but multiple times has been extremely RUDE I ordered 2 orders of tacos and asked her for taco sauce she reply’s with `there’s sum in there ‘ which was only ketchup I asked her for a couple more and give me about 30 packets two hands full and closed the window on me waste of product and extremely poor costumer service
Had never felt so disrespected in my life I showed up to the Jack in box on monte Cristo in Edinburg I went in was at the register to order and the person working walks by me no good morning no we are closed it was 6:55am for that matter and walks to the back and Nevers comes back so I walk away after waiting and the gentleman working the store it is connected to tells me what nobody working there today.
This place used to be my go to for an awesome breakfast sandwich before work, now no one answers when I pull up.
This Jack in the box is good except today I went to drive thru and clearly Jack in the box says Breakfast all day but lady was rude and as I ordered she says “I’m not doing breakfast right now”! Not coming back to this location. I go to Jack in the box all thru the valley and never had a problem ordering breakfast after dark. How unprofessional

This is now the 3rd night in a row i go by around midnight. And theres a sign blocking the drive thru. So i drive around and see the workers just chatting away. Its now happend jan.9, jan.10 and today. Around this same time around midnight. Idk if there blocking the driveway so they dont need to work or whats the deal.
Friendly staff, consistent quality. I prefer this location in Edinburg. Possibly the best prepared breakfast sandwich I've seen. The wife had a spicy chicken sandwich and it looked just as good. There was a little bit of a wait in the drive through but not bad for lunch hours.
