Don't get me wrong food was good but they need to hire more staff. At first it took about 5 minutes to get our table ready in which it wasn't pack and when they did it took 2 servers to get our drink order. Once they took it, we didn't get a refill till we got our food order and it's cause we had to ask another server for a refill. Also "our" server forgot to give us our discount for "kids eat free" and yet still gave a tip. I would recommend don't go at night cause it gets pack
Will never eat here again, I ask Mgr slow poke Rodriguez about my order. My guess he was having a bad hair day cause his reply was, sir you don’t have to wait exit is over there. Avoid Juan Rodriguez

Pretty good service. Ordered Chicken Strips. Good ranch and hot sauce dressings. Everything came quick even though it was packed.
My family and I had dinner at this location last night and everything was excellent. Wait staff did an excellent job and was very attentive.Keep up the great work.
Took us over an hour to get our food and when we did it was cold. Then my whole family went home and promptly all became very sick with food poisoning. This is the worst location I have been to in the area. Could not possibly be more of a disappointment. Not sure how it’s even possible to screw up eggs this badly.

The worst service. It was not busy but all the servers were too busy in the front with the manager talking and chilling. My food came out cold. And our pancakes were still raw. The waitress never came to check up on us was just in the kitchen. And all the manager could say was he was sorry and thanked us for our patience. Really. You mean for throwing our money away and leaving hungry ?..
Food was so delicious. These pancakes never fail! My server Johanna was so attentive and fast to get our order. She kept our drinks filled and her smile never left her face! Thank you IHOP
If I could give less than a star I will give it. They ruined my morning the wait was long. They had a lot of tables. Short staff. Place has missing tiles and was dirty. Service was horrible my order was wrong. The waiter was a young kid that man this generation are lazy and not professional. I called the manager and he apologized and try to fix it. he offer a free plate when i come back. But no thanks I am not coming back. money is tight right now and for me to be having this crazy issues I rather stay home. IHop should pay more attention to their store needs and give a better service or at least they should provide a better training for their staff.Villarreal.
