Customer service kept calling people their neighbor which was pretty funny at first but then became really annoying. When reaching our table, the place smelt like rotten eggs so we moved to another table. We switched to another table and got a cheesy chicken ranch and the chicken was very undercooked. The milkshake wasn’t like a regular milkshake either as it wasn’t thick and not really cold either. I do not recommend this place, as there is also other places like Denny’s and Chili’s near that area.
I hope that our experience is exclusive to this location and not that I HOP is deteriorating! The place was depressing. The waitress was rushing us although they didn't have that many people. She made two mistakes with the order and food took too long. I asked for toast and I had to ask another waitress to bring it. The eggs were to cold by the time they brought the two pieces of toast that they charged $3 for! Not very welcoming or friendly. Not coming back.
Forgot hashbrown on my omelette, pancakes were hard, forgot chocolate chips on my daughter's smiley face pancakes, which she loves and didn't get. My husband got raw egg..he wanted sunny side up yes, but it was way to gooey, not enough sugar and milk for coffee. Waiter wasn't to much of a helper. I always go to the IHOP on Trenton, I should always go to the IHOP on Trenton waaaaay better everything! Pancakes are always fluffy and savory melts in your mouth, and sooo warm ?Never coming to this one again.
What a joke! The waiter comes around 1 time and is gone. No salt & pepper and cold coffee. They are still scared to death of covid and wear cloth masks which do little or no good anyway. Take the vaccine and get back to work! I will never go back!
I wish i could give them a 0 star review. BE AWARE!!! So today when i went to the cashier to pay my change was 78.31 cashier only gave me 78 dollars and when i ask about my .31 cents cashier says THEY DO NOT USE CHANGE. They round the number. I said what? So you steal everyone change? If you do the math of everyone that goes? I said to the lady why dont you round up? Give me 79 instead and she just said SORRY. It is UNBELIEVABLE how a company this big can get away with doing that. I almost walked away without looking at my receipt and 31 cents is not much but theres millions of people that go and might not even be aware! VERY DISAPPOINTED ON IHOP AND WILL NOT BE GOING ANYMORE. I will make sure i will tell everyone i know about this.
It was just ok they was out of Turkey bacon but that was ok they give Turkey sausage a little slow because only one guy was working miss our change up but he fix it and wish they would have put the cream and fruit and chocolate and a bag not in the bowl with the hot food ever thing was melt and soggy

Great service it was kinda busy when I went but they still helped us out. For the restaurant being busy our food came out pretty fast i got chicken tenders and my parents order bacon eggs and pancakes. The only thing I didn't really like is that the pancakes were kinda hard. Overall good service
So I went to this location last night ..everything was good till the waiter brought me my tab ..I had gotten two meals n 4 drinks n the waiter brought me a 43 dollar tab n was shock that it was pricey but still gave her a 50 she took off n did not bring me back my change so I had to call another waiter to let her know ...she comes back with 3 dollars and a different receipt... I call the manager to see why is it my tab now 34 and I gave her a 50 was she planning on staying with a 13 dollar tip? I just thought it was very fishy cuz she called her to the table and she didn't say a word not a sorry or that she had made a mistake
